Ikqonline review: Very Bad Service and misleading

This company lurks on ebay. Beware of buying from this company processing and getting refunds was handled very well. But their employee are just plain stupid. Because of this lack brain power they tend to be misleading. Apparently ebay tolerates them because of the amonut of volume of business they do. They only have one number to call and you get the stuids. Ebay only allow you 84 characters to explain your problem. It is apparent that these folks beleive that if they give you a refund the rest of customer service is not important.
