I ordered an engine for my 1993 Honda accord. The sales rep claimed it only had 66, 000 miles and was a complete engine. I questioned him specifically about what I would receive and he guaranteed me that only the alternator, a/c pump, and power steering pump would be missing. I ordered the engine and was told they would be sending me and order authorization form my email which i was to fax back.
When I got the form, I noticed that, at that point, even if I cancelled the order, they would charge me 25% restocking fee. Strange, I thought.
The engine arrived 3 weeks later. I noticed at that point that it was missing the distributor, the ignition coil, and the idle air control valve that is over $300 dollars in parts. I called to complain and they were very rude. I talked to Dale Jones and he basically just told there was nothing he can do. So now I have paid $940 for the engine and need $300 in parts just to get it going.
As part of the contract for the warranty, I was required to change the timing belt and thermostat. Another $120 in parts. I finally got all the parts rounded up had the engine on a stand, ($60 more dollars) was going to change the timing belt. First, I noticed and aftermarket belt on the engine. Hondas do not require timing belt replacement until 160, 000 miles. Instantly I knew this engine had at least 100, 000 miles more on it than they told me. To top it off, it was out of time and the crank would not go through a full rotation. It was not even in running condition as they promised! I contacted Dale and was met with nothing but hostility. I then researched them and found numerous cases of them ripping people off. Something has to be done. I am now trying to gather enough information to file a class action lawsuit that I hope results in every one of those involved being imprisoned, plus compensation for all victims. Contact me at [protected]@gmail.com if you have been victimized by these sleazebags. They need to pay. They need to go to prison and meet big bubba, after all he is their idol.

Never do business with this company. It took 6 weeks to get engine. My mechanic wouldn't put it in my car. Said it had been under water. Piece of junk. Been trying 6 weeks to get refund. They keep telling me that they're working on it. Every date for getting refund. Keeps getting pushed back. Crooks, scammers. Order # 418393.

I ordered an engine on 2/24/23 for my 1998 jeep grand Cherokee Limited 5.9 vin. number 8th digit Z . I have not even gotten a tracking number and blamed the carrier. They said they would email me the tracking number. Today is 4/1/23 and I am still waiting. If they didn't have an engine they should not have taken payment invoice number 412424

Oh man, I wish i read all your complaints before becoming a statistic. These people are really something else. I have been trying to cancel an order placed last Monday to no avail. They got me for $3395.00. Hopefully I can get my money back. Last Friday they sent an email stating the item has shipped 3 days after I told them I want to cancel. No tracking info or shipper. Something seriously must be done. I tried The attorney general.

These pieces of garbage told me that I needed to be charged a "core charge" in order to get my motor of a total of $1000 that I would get back when they picked up my old core. I told them via email and phone that my old motor was blown and that it was in pieces. They said it didn't matter I would get the core charge back no matter what. They picked up my motor, a month went by of me trying to get in touch with them and then they finally answered and said my motor was in pieces and I am not eligible to be refunded. So they basically stole $1000 dollars from me. Oh and never mind the fact that they are the worst company when it comes to customer service. There whole website is a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL ROB YOU OR SEND YOU A BROKEN MOTOR!

Yes they are RUDE! I received a quote for 60, 000 miles and emailed back asking if they had one with less miles. I got an email back, "60, 000 miles is to much? Lol". Well so I called, and they told me 60, 000 miles was a new engine. I was born but not yesterday! I will not be thought of and laughed at for my question. Get some customer practice training guys!
