I pulled in for a car wash at 10 am with my ford f150 and was quoted $260 and with a 2 hour wait, after a hour and a half i went to the till to pay and was charged $299 plus tax.thats just shady. And as i write this complaint it is after 1 pm and i am still waiting. This is no way to run things as i have now missed my lunch meeting at the city solicitors office and am still stuck here. If they would have told me it was a 3 hour + and $300 i would have Never agreed to this service. I feel like i Was lied to just to get my money .
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
What did you get a paint job? The most I ever paid for a showroom style detail is $129.
That said, I just looked at a picture of there flier on there wall and it says "$299" for Large vehicles.
I think your truck is classified as a LARGE vehicle.
