Breeder with a ridiculous contract I honored the contract and bred my male dog to a purebred health tested female and the breeder is complaining since they didn't pick and approve of the female I am in breech of contract and suing me almost 2 years after the fact. They are very unprofessional and being down right bully trying scare tactics etc to intimidate. First off I agreed to all their terms after this was done not registering the puppies, they went to fantastic pet homes, signed over the male's paperwork to them so they could not be registered, also I had him neutered and now after close to 2 years they are suing. First off they tried to micro managed how I raised the dog trying to control how he was feed and what he was feed etc. He has had the best care and I have spent thousands of dollars on training the dog for competition events and competing with him and becoming extremely attached and now they are suing to try and get the dog back and they are over 4 states away. I am fighting this legally and in my state they have no rights to the dog. I highly recommend people be very wary and do not buy any dogs from this breeder since you will have to live in fear of them suing to get the dogs back after years of training and attachment. Plus this was a dog that at 8.5 months they were looking for a home for because they do not keep male dogs and now they want a neutered fully trained dog back probably to try and resell to another home. It has cost me lots of dollars to keep this dog and I want to protect others from dealing with these crazy people.

You were in breach of the contract which you willingly signed. We asked you to please read it carefully, address and change parts you wanted to - you never mentioned wanting to breed this dog which we told you should NOT be bred from. FURTHER this - the [censored] he was bred to was also sold on a NON breeding contract! The breeder the [censored] contacted US letting us know of the mating and complained that we allowed it - which of course we had zero knowledge of. You lied several times when confronted - 1st telling us it never happened, then saying it was an accident, then finally admitting you shipped the semen. You also have been documented as abusing the dog - there are photos which we are quite happy to share here. You also were heard to say you were afraid of the dog, you didn't like the dog and that you only wanted to keep the dog to prevent us from fulfilling the contract t in taking him back. Any responsible breeder would have done the same. Before you post a complaint on the internet, you may wish to address your revisionist history of the events. We are more than happy to publish your signed contract here for all to read what you agreed to do - and then re-read your comment above to see who is in the wrong here. We can only hope the dog is alive and well at this point. Not a day goes by we don't think about this poor dog and all he went through in your hands.

The breeder is very straight forward in their contract, I've personally seen their contracts. It is not uncommon for a breeder to want to protect their bloodline. Their contract mentions their right to approve any breeding of the contracted dog, regardless if you're going to alter all the pups and not register them. If you ever have a problem with any aspect of a contract from a breeder then those points need to be discussed with them BEFORE signing a contract and obtaining a dog. It's very easy to cry foul afterwards but the breeder has not been underhanded. If any part of a contract you are not 100% in accordance with then you should walk away BEFORE signing. A breeder always wants their pups to go to lifelong homes where they will receive the best care, they never want the burden of taking back a dog later but responsible breeders WILL do this because every pup they produce they have a lifelong responsibility to. Plain and simple you did not communicate well with the breeder and you were in breech of a contract that you willingly signed. It's very easy to only state one side of a two sided story, especially on the internet.
