Sportscene Gateway / service
I applied for a sportscene account on the 13/11/2017, at the store I provided my documents and it was said that I would have a response within 24hours.
It has now been a week and still no response, I called customer care twice, the first time it was said that it is still being processes and today morning after speaking to a consultant she tells me they began processing it on the 14th does it take almost 6 days for a process to be completed. I then had to hold on the line for almost 10 minutes.
Totally disappointing. This was my favorite store.
Certainly loosing all good thoughts on it!!!
