25/11/2016 ordered Nespresso spare - money taken from my CC same day
18/12/2016 checked website, my order was still shown as processing
18/12/2016 emailed to query the above
18/12/2016 Spares2Go informed me item was in transit from manufacturer
18/12/2016 asked why it was still showing as Processing on website
19/12/2016 Spares2Go responded that the item is normally sent in 21-24 working days
07/01/2016 - 29 working days after placing order I asked for my money back
11/01/2016 no response by either email or telephone, and no delivery either!

Please be very careful before placing an order with this company. They have appalling customer service, no telephone number to call, and stop responding to emails.
