Sony Xperia® Z3v / horrible

purchased the phone 2 days ago and already have had to go to the Verizon store at 7735 n Tryon St., charlotte NC . First off let’s just say the manager named Cherie was so rude that even when my sales rep Lamar and tony tried to assist me with a resolution with my phone she just stood and looked and not once ever tried to assist or resolve the problem. Basically this phone sucks with all types of headphones. Even in the store they tried high priced headphones and had the same low volume effect. So now I’ve traded in my iphone6 which can’t be returned and I’m stuck with a phone which has volume so low that it sounds like it’s on level 1. Verizon is this how you treat your customers after they buy defective phones ???
