Skyscanner — your flight
Always we buy tickets from your website, we trust you but this time We have paid for two tickets flights PCRRPG with Wizz Air in your website. We have tried several times from last night until this afternoon to get our boarding pass online but unfortunately your website wizzair.com We can not get it.
We did call to [protected] you number no one answer it, just was on hold long time. We arrived in airport four hours before departure we asked to Wizz airline reservation desks no one help to get boarding pass.
After waiting two hours they forced us to pay both £64 pound which we are not happy with you service your website your customer service at all.
We have got lots of different tickets to everywhere in the world with you never had any problems. This is first time got ticket from company wizzair but they give us too much stress from last night until now.
We did recording everything in videos as proof.
We want our money back as soon as possible in seems banks paid.
