Hi, this is Tiffany House & Trading (Accno. 0316110027) from seremban. I have been using 2 years of Skynet service, almost everyday I have parcel for pickup. Usually for small & light items I will call motor for pick up, but recently when I call for pickup, 1 week 5 times, 2 or 3 times never come to pickup, my parcel keep delaying, call seremban branch mentioned about this issue many many times but still the same, this issue happened continuing for almost 2 months, it is so disappointed...
Is OK that Skynet doesn't care about customer feedback, I m going to slowly change my courier service to others & stop using Skynet. Thank you
