30/8/201 : Thursday at about 2.00 pm I called Singtel Customer Care at no 1608 (for
business) from my mobile no: [protected] to inform and request service
technician repair
our retail shop fix telephone line due to intermittent connection as it
affected our shop NETS payment (linked) which also affected our daily
business. The Singtel Customer Care representative attended to me did
knowledged my report and promised to schedule for their service
technician come down to our shop as soon

At about 3.00pm i received sms on my mobile no [protected] from Singtel
Customer Care " tel: [protected] Site maintenance is Schedule on
31/8/2108 between 9am - 12pm.
I even rate their service 5 (EXCELLENT) on the sms evaluation for their
immediate attention to my request.
31/8/2018 Unfortunately at about 3.30 the Singtel Technical department call
informing me that their service did come down to our shop but not able
any service because they don't have any information on what to so they
left for good. Upon hearing the lame clarification as a business
operator i really, really feel disappointed by the service we got as this
will definitely affected our business. Reschedule appointment being
1/9/ 2018 Received another updated sms from Singtel Customer the reschedule
will be on 2/9/2018 between 9am - 10am
Unfortunately no technician came as promised.

4/9/2018 To my surprise and shock till today now Tuesday 4/9/2018 @1.00pm
the tel no [protected] faulty Not being service and repair by Singtel.

As business owner paying your your telephone fixeline /
broadband services without fail we hope to receive reasonable
explanation of this matter and outcome taken .
