I ordered a Le Vain ring from the website. It cost me $155.29 Canadian dollars which was actually converted from Chinese Yen to the amount of $169.81 Canadian dollars. This website states "all international order are shipped by DHL". I just received a package in the mail from CHINA POST/CANADA POST which has the value stated at $10 USD. It is not the ring I ordered. It is an ugly cheap beaded bracelet. They will not return any emails. This is a scam site that does not give you what you buy. I did not spend $169.81 Canadian for a plastic bead bracelet worth under $10 USD.

me too, i made an order a reebok shoes for over 150$, and they send another diffrent shoes cheap one, i try to contact them but they did not respons !
After reading these comments I feel reassured it is not just me that got scammed. I ordered a Superdry jacket in a size which was not available on the official site.
It looked legitimate but when I checked with my bank I had been charged £100.90 not the £90.53 as I had agreed. To add insult to injury I received the a totally different jacket in the wrong size, colour and the 2012 design not the 2017 and was a completely different design. Worth about £10 in the market!

I ordered a nike tech fleece tracksuit cost £66 but got charged £74 because i changed the currency, i then emailed endless amount of times with no reply. I then get sent a chinese nike black bottoms and grey jacket totally different l. Scam.
Also to anyone else this has happened to have u got ur money back from the company.
