My complaint start on November 17th 2016 I made an online order togo( [protected], [protected]) which they both were burnt I called back up to the restaurant and they took out my name and told me that they will replace the meal, mind you I was just complaining about 1 at the time. Next time visit on November 22nd to get the replacement meal the manager Stephanie was very dismissive about my complaint and then told me that I didn't order food or pay for food on the 17th because she couldn't find any record of I clearly have receipts and my online confirmation so I feel very disrespected as if I'm lying that I bought food and I was told that they would replace it not for sure who stealing and not ringing up orders I am very upset at that time my kids was there with me also for kids eat free on Tuesday while the manager is telling me I'm lying about ordering food and paying cash for it .
