It took 6 weeks for the items (swimwear) to be delivered. I recalled easy exchange information on the site when ordering. I needed to exchange item due to incorrect size. After searching the internet for "Rotita return policy" the site was immediately blocked to both my desktop and phone. Now I can't contact them to arrange any sort of exchange or resolution. Very disappointed with the way they treat returning customers as I have ordered from this site previously.
