SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

RoseWe.com / shipment date may 5/payment debited may 5/no order rec'd as of may 31.

This is by far the worst dealings I've had with any company I've ordered from.
My payment has been received and debited from my bank account May 5th.
It will be June 1 tomorrow and there has been NO update on my order since May 5th, when I received a shipping confirmation via email.
I wish so bad I would have researched Rosewe in the scam/fraud list because there were many customers who wrote in about paying a lot of money and either never receiving OR garments were sized to fit a child.
This is no way to do business and never have I experienced online ordering that takes this long - I could have walked to China and back by now!!
I would prefer a complete refund and you can expect me to REFUSE order when/IF it ever comes.
