Riverhead Auto Mall / Worst experience ever

I would like to tell you what happened before anything.

I bought a Truck, Nissan Frontier 2004 34, 000miles from Riverhead Auto Mall . It was a surprise B-Day present for my Husband.

Since I bought the truck the same day on a Saturday, everything was "fast".

They told me that the computers were down, so to take the truck home and go back Wenesday to pick up all the paperwork; like the contract and stuff.
I trust their work so i saw no problem with that.
I went back on Wenesday, I had made very clear to Nick Egan the sales guy, that I need it a non-expensive truck, because I have another car loan that I have to pay monthly and i don't want to spend money on an expensive.
He assured me that I was going to be in te $300 monthly payments; That is why he showed me the trucks that were in my "Price Range".
Anyhow, I went back on Wenesday like they told me, when I got there they had me waiting for more then 2 hours, finally they gave me "all my papers " in a white envelope.

So I stepped out to my car and before leaving the Dealership parking lot, I wanted to make sure that everything was correct. Thank god I looked at the papers because; the contract was not in the envelope with the rest of the papers, and everything else was in blank, like the purchase price on the other paperwork, and how much would I pay monthly!!!...
so I went back inside and asked to speak to someone about this. They had me waiting again for a few hour and finally the Finance Manager John Bacher, spoke to me. He asked me to guess how much my payments were going to be; and I said to him that I did not have to guess Because I made it clear to Nick Egan that I needed my payments to be in the $300 monthly. then John Bacher told me that the payments were going to be $530 monthly, I was shocked!!!
I asked them to please help me out with something Because I can't afford that much on a third car! because i told them that i have 3 cars with loans. I'm a very hard working person and my husband too. but too much is too much.

They asked me then to go back, but to call first. I have called like a 100 times, left several messages and got no respond back from them at all.

I'm very frustrating, I have not yet received anything from them by mail or nothing in regards to my new truck! At this time I still don't even know how much is the truck!!! I'm desperate and concern, I don't even think they have my right address; And they seem not to care to fix it at all. It seems like at Riverhead Auto Mall, once you buy the car they don't care about you at all.
They are the worst!!! Well not all of them, I actually bought my Altima from them a year ago! With a different person Mike Cangiano and he was the best ever! He helped me and my husband so much and he was clear in everything with us. Because of him I went back to Riverhead Auto Mall thinking that everything was going to be the same.
I feel so bad that I went back to Riverhead Auto Mall!!! But now I don't think I could ever go back. This is been the worst experience so far, for me and my husband. And I know it wont get fixed by them.

    Made a appointment waited for 90 minutes nothing was done service still pending executive RAy was very unprofessional don't know how to deal with customer very Rude very unprofessional ridiculous I purchased extra service contract all my money go in vain
