Very disappointed
Great and awesome and it's a sarcasm.
I bought 4 t-shirts on the same order and these clowns sent all of them separately because as they said they prefer to send items as soon as available instead of collecting them all (that would be more logical and right). But the most irritating part is that they charged me 4 times for shipping. How do you like it? Scammer actions, I have no doubts

I have been their regular customer. So I have several questions.
Did you switch to a different delivery service? Why do the items take forever to arrive? As far as I remember even one year ago it was a little faster.
Second, why are your t-shirts always in the wrong size? Can you eventually define what sizing is ok for the US?
Third and the last one, why does your customer service works so rarely and so bad It irritates, especially if you want an urgent help.

they haven't replied and delivered the order
I ordered t-shirt from the company www.riptapparel.com. I haven’t received the order and contacted the seller through the website and Facebook. They didn’t respond and deleted my post on the website. I was shocked with such services. I tried to contact them again, but the result was the same. They don’t deliver orders and don’t respond. They can only scam you. Don’t believe to these people and stay as far as possible from this company.

impossible to return the wrong order
I ordered two T-shirts from the website www.riptapparel.com. It was sale, so each T-shirt cost me about $10 and the shipping was for free. I got all confirmation info and receipt, but the seller mixed something and delivered wrong size. I tried to return it, but all sizes were sold out. I asked the agent to help me, but this guy told to wait and hadn’t contacted me again. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
