I ordered a wrong size for 2 t-shirts. They offered an even exchange for the same exact t-shirts minus the shipping.

Ok fine, then the next order, I had to find the correct sizes in the exact shirts. I reviewed the size chart - very carefully - ordering youth sizes. New t-shirts arrived and were adult sizes.

They offered another order of the same shirts but with a 35% refund. Not wanting to chance the size error again and then owning 6 t-shirts unusable to me (all the same style), I declined. I've now spent $60 for 4 shirts I can't use.

Twice now, I have entered items in my cart and twice they have disappeared before I could finish checking out. I even created an account before the second time that the website glitched and emptied my cart. When I clicked on a product to see the different options, I got a message saying that the site was unavailable. I turned my device off and back on, then logged back into my account, and all 10 of my items had disappeared. I have messaged them, but I'm not expecting a response, based on other reviews.

So, I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with TeeShirtPalace. I mean, I tried to give them a chance, but their website just ain't up to snuff. Every time I tried to shop there, I had to start from scratch with my account info. Like, seriously, what's up with that? It's a major pain in the butt. And when I tried to reach out for help, they didn't do anything to fix it. Not cool, man.

But hey, I figured I'd give 'em a shot anyway and placed an order. I'm crossing my fingers that they can actually deliver on it. But just to be safe, I ended up splitting my order with another website. Can't be too careful, you know?

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with TeeShirtPalace. They've got some work to do if they wanna keep customers coming back.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed when I saw that TeeShirtPalace was using white folks to promote their Black History Month gear. Like, come on, it's Black History Month, why not use some actual black or brown models? It just seems kinda shady to me, like they're just trying to make a quick buck off of a cultural moment without actually supporting the community they're supposedly celebrating.

I mean, don't get me wrong, the shirts themselves look pretty cool. But it's hard to get excited about them when you know that the company behind them isn't really walking the walk when it comes to supporting black folks. It's like they're just trying to cash in on a trend without actually caring about the people who are driving that trend.

Honestly, I think TeeShirtPalace could do a lot better. If they really want to be pro-black, they need to start by actually using black models to promote their Black History Month gear. It's not rocket science, folks. If you want to show that you're really down with the cause, you gotta put your money where your mouth is.

All that said, I do think TeeShirtPalace has some potential. They've got some cool designs, and if they can start being a bit more thoughtful about how they promote their products, they could really make a name for themselves in the streetwear world. But until they start using models of color to promote their Black History Month gear, I'm gonna have to give them a hard pass.

So, I was really excited to order a sweatshirt from TeeShirtPalace. I mean, they had some pretty cool designs and I was ready to rock one of them. But, let me tell you, it's been two and a half weeks and I still haven't received my package or even an email about it. I was starting to get worried, so I reached out to them. And, guess what? They told me they couldn't print my sweatshirt and that I got a refund. What?! Why didn't they tell me earlier that my item wasn't going to ship? And, to top it off, I still haven't received my refund. When I asked them when I would get it, they replied with a simple "yes". What does that even mean? I'm starting to lose my trust in this company and I wouldn't recommend giving them your hard-earned money.

It took a hot minute to get my order shipped out, but I ain't too mad about it. I had to hit up customer service to figure out what was going on with the shipping, but the person I talked to was super chill and helpful. I get it, things are crazy right now and shipping can be a real pain in the butt. But all in all, I gotta say it was a pretty decent experience and I'll probably hit up TeeShirtPalace again in the future.

I gotta give a shoutout to the lady I talked to on the phone. She was hella nice and really went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Like, seriously, she was the bomb dot com.

She helped me out and after a few hours of back and forth, I finally got my order placed.

But let me tell you, it was worth the hassle. The shirts I got are seriously awesome. The designs are sick and the quality is top-notch. I've already gotten a ton of compliments on them. Plus, they have a huge selection of different styles and sizes, so there's something for everyone.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend TeeShirtPalace. Just be prepared for a bit of a struggle with the website, but trust me, it's worth it for the killer shirts you'll get.

I was lucky to receive my order, but I had some issues with the shipping label. I checked out as a guest with PayPal, which usually fills in my address correctly, but for some reason TeeShirtPalace left off my apartment number. This was frustrating because it caused a delay in receiving my order.

Overall, my experience with TeeShirtPalace was mediocre. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again because there are plenty of other businesses out there that are more competent when it comes to getting a simple address correct.

What's more, I found the discount coupon on their site to be quite deceptive. They advertised a 25% discount, but I was never given the option to apply it to my order. As a retired grandmother of 9 grandchildren, every penny counts for me. This discount would have been really helpful in paying for the shirts.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be placing another order with TeeShirtPalace because of this. It's a shame because I really liked the designs they had on their site. But if they can't be upfront about their discounts, I don't think I can trust them with my business.

Overall, I'd say TeeShirtPalace has some work to do in terms of their ordering process and transparency with their discounts. If they can improve in these areas, they could be a great place to buy shirts. But until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

A frustrated grandmother

I put in my order for some cool tees on December 1st, but I'm still waiting for a tracking number. I've hit up TeeShirtPalace a few times, but it takes them a hot minute to get back to me. They told me that my order was coming from another vendor, which is why it's taking so long. I asked them if I'd get my order before Christmas, and they said it should be here by then. But a few days went by and I still hadn't heard anything, so I hit them up again. I told them that "should" isn't good enough and I need to know if I'm getting my order or not. But they haven't replied, so I had to take matters into my own hands and file a dispute with PayPal. It's a bummer, because I was really looking forward to rocking those tees, but I guess I'll have to wait and see what happens.

I ain't gonna lie, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase from TeeShirtPalace. I copped a hoodie for $45, but when it arrived, the quality was straight up trash. Like, I'm talking $2 made in Pakistan kind of trash. And to make matters worse, the dang thing shrunk and started peeling after just one wash, even though I followed the washing instructions.

Now, here's where things really grind my gears. When I tried to get a refund, the company wouldn't give me the full amount back. Instead, they told me to keep the crappy hoodie and charged me a "restocking fee" that was way more than what the thing was even worth.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend TeeShirtPalace to anyone. The products are low quality and the company's customer service is straight up whack. Save your money and shop somewhere else, fam.

I recently bought a Christmas tree ornament from TeeShirtPalace for my daughter who works as a school counselor. I was excited to give it to her as a gift, but unfortunately, the words on the ornament were off center and too small to read. The message was stamped on in black ink and was not clear at all. I was disappointed with the quality of the product, especially considering the amount of money I spent on it. You practically need a magnifying glass to read the message!

However, I did reach out to TeeShirtPalace's customer service team and they were very helpful. They refunded my money promptly, which I really appreciated. They also suggested that I try putting the wording on something larger, which is a good idea. Despite the disappointing product, I was impressed with the customer service and their willingness to help me out.

Overall, I would not recommend this particular product from TeeShirtPalace. The ornament itself was nice, but the poor quality of the message ruined it for me. If you do decide to purchase from TeeShirtPalace, I would recommend double-checking the size and clarity of any text before making your purchase.

I've been getting banner ads from an internet store called Tee Shirt Palace. The shirts they advertise feature offensive language and sexual images. I wrote to them asking to please not show these products in their banner ads. (I don't care if they sell them. I'm not asking them to stop selling these products. I just don't want to be exposed to these NSFW images on my computer without my choice.) They didn't even respond with an explanation of why they couldn't comply with my request. Note: I do not wish to remove ads completely from my internet service, as some I enjoy.
