Revolution GolfOrder fulfillment/return

I recently joined and took advantage of an equipment offer. I almost immediately requested they cancel the order, but it shipped a day or so later anyway.

When the order arrived, it was wrong. One of the clubs shipped as just a clubhead, without the shaft that was clearly specified. Upon further review, the Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation and Packing Slip all list the products differently. It was pretty much a complete failure from an order fulfillment perspective.

I'm trying to return the order, yet they still won't cover the return shipping...despite having charged for shipping upfront AND fulfilling the order wrong.
