Red Rooster Foods / delivery time, incorrect order and customer service

My partner an myself ordered dinner through menu log, from the Kurri Kurri store. The driver was 15 minuets late, that was fine, the order was wrong, we order a kids meal to burger packs about $50 it cost, what arrived was a kids meal someone else roll an the correct drinks, upon informing the driver the order was wrong she acknowledged straight away the delivery before me had received the food. After waiting another 45minuetes for my burgers to arrive, I rang the store an asked for a refund. I was advised the order had been corrected so she was unable to do so. 2hrs after original order I am still waiting for the driver to arrive with my correct meals. once the driver had arrived the order was still incorrect. I have given up on asking for a refund, an now have given up on red rooster!
The store has gone downhill since opening, an that's a big reason why. There attitude towards there jobs is disgusting.
