We ordered the dippers box tonight & were unhappy when noticing the potato gems were almost burnt & tasted burnt. And then my daughter went to eat a cheesy nugget & noticed 2 nuggets stuck together bonded by a thick piece of stringy chicken grissle.
Very off putting & we were left just feeling rather disappointed in our meal.
We are regular customers & order from Red Rooster generally every Thursday as it's a treat for us after a busy work week.
I would like a full credit or refund on my purchase as I am very unhappy with my order.

Adults who bully minors 😡😡
My daughter has worked at Red rooster Beenleigh for two/three years and after 6 months of new ownership Kahlia resigned in March. The last of 10 that also resigned. The owner consistently called her wanting her back saying "Its not the same without you here. We need your bubbly personality" etc so with a promise of better hours and pay rate Kahlia returned 3 weeks after original resignation.
Today kahlia quit again as the conditions were not beneficial for her ie: $12 p/h no penalties or weekend rates, finishing at 10.30pm on school nights etc. Lucky she is head strong but at 16 even she knows this ain't right.
Kahlia wrote "I quit. Sorry. I have found a new job :) "

"Lucky I hired 5 people Saturday night for me and lucky for you as I'd already removed you from the following weeks roster onwards. Not once did Katherine or I think your two faced facade was anything but that. Best of luck Kahlia you will need it"

My name is Andrew young on the 20th of April 2017 me and my partner orderd red rooster delivery I placed my order at 9:05 pm and was promised delivery by 9:38pm and also I rang at 9:05 to see if my order went threw that's when I was told if my order was going to be any longer than 9:38 I would receive a phone call I never did I tryd calling at 9:38 and no answer sevrille times I didn't receive my order until 9:57 I wasn't impressed
Then when my partner sat down and pulled the chickin apart it was pink and not only that but the whole order was discusting chips soggy and cold nuggets cold strips cold the whole order when I tried calling back 4 times there was no answer so the next morning I called and a manager amswerd she was great on the phone and wasn't satisfied as to what happened to us she told me she would be happy to replace the order bute and my partner didn't trust to eat from there again because of a time before with an inserdent with the food as well accured we thought we would give it a second try this time thinking it was a one off thing that happen last time this manager said she had to check with the other manager that was coming in and see whether he would refund us I got a phone call hr later from him telling me that he was sorry and was refunding us the 38$ and that it would be dropped off to us at 5:30 pm on the 21/04/17 and that was that then at 4:00pm I had a phone call from him stateing that he wanted to see the chicken I was under the impression it was still in the fridge when he got here I found when I went to the fridge that my partner had thrown it out thinking that it was all sorted out be cause it was bin day and she didn't want it stinking out ow fridge so I told this manager what my partner had done he was very rude to me from the start he turned around and called me a liar because of a previous order we had complaind about and said he was not refunding us I told him that if he had of asked us on the phone in the morning that he wanted to see the chicken I could of told my partner we had to keep it but he didn't he he was refunding us now I don't appreciate being called a liar its not professional me and my partner are very angry over this I was trying to talk to him about it but he didn't want a bar of what I was saying he jumped in his car sped out my drive way wile he was doing that he was saying contact head office so I had a few choice words to say because we refunded when I have the receipt and he called me a lair

$5 rippa deal
I just went to red rooster today 20/4/17 at 6pm to get the $5 rippa deal as i'd seen it advertised driving past. I went to the front counter only to be told its a lunch time special and ends at 4pm. I looked at the the large banner outside and clearly said availible anytime! This is false advertising and they need to be sued over acts like this as they try to lure customers with cheap meals that dont exist. They make me sick!

I just recently came through the drive thru at Mount Pleasant Mackay and ordered a kids 6 nugget meal, a Large Rippa combo, and a large chicken roll combo with cheese. When I got home I was missing the chicken roll and the nuggets were so dry that my kid wouldn't even eat them. I suspect they were old. Very disappointing. Will not be buying food from this store ever again.
incorrect order
At 5.45pm tonight I drove into Red Rooster at Murray Bridge and placed an order. I ordered an Aussie Roast which I exchanged the drink for a family chips instead, also ordering a large gravy extra. I was handed my order at the receiving window and drove home. On arriving home I discovered that I was missing the large gravy so I rang the store and told them. I was told by a young girl that the delivery person would deliver asap to me. After 25 minutes of waiting and my meal now cold I decided to ring the store again and ask what was going on. I was told that the delivery person hadnt arrived back at the store from a previous delivery and didnt know what was going on. She then asked me if I would like to speak with the manager and I said yes I would. He was very apologetic and agreed that the order should have been checked properly before giving to me. I told him not to worry about sending the gravy now as my family had already eaten the meal without it. I also explained to him that I had bought several times over the past few months and EVERY order had an item missing. He then apologised again and said he would replace the whole meal at another time at no cost to me. I thanked him very much and said goodbye. Well, at 7.30pm to my surprise a young girl came to the door from Red Rooster carrying the large gravy and 2 small cheesecakes as an apology. Really? That is an insult! I told her to forget it as it would not make up for all the times I had items missing and my family had already eaten the meal without it. I cant believe they think 2 small cheesecakes would make up for my loss. Yes, you might say well its only gravy, but when it keeps happening over and over you can understand my point. How hard is it to check the order quickly before handing it over? NOT HAPPY!

I went to Red Rooster around 3 weeks ago, in Baldivis BP station, on the Freeway going south.
I always have 1/4 chicken and chips, I was served by an Indian gentleman, who I assumed was a supervisor.
I bit into the chicken only to find I had a mouthful of chicken blood, which I spat out and really felt like vomiting, as the taste continued in my mouth.
I took it back to the outlet but all they said, was there must be something wrong with it, no kidding!
I am appalled that the chicken was not cooked properly, as the chance of getting food poisoning or worse is so bad from undercoojed chcken.

I submitted a complaint a few days ago after I was treated badly, shouted at, when I approached the order taker at the window she literally threw the money at me, called me a dog as she closed the window . I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years here, and my 8 children as well, this is the first time I ever experienced a service like this, I spoke with the franchise Owner who was sincerely apologetic, and would issue her with a first and final warning! I'm not happy, I'm Pushing for a TERMINATION! No one should be treated the way I was treated! My 19 year old daughter was a witness to what I had experienced and was appalled by the worker Tia's behaviour! Working myself in The Nursing sector, sometimes we get abused, smacked, punched and kicked and still have to put on a happy face and be nice, but I will not tolerate being nice then be shouted at then be called a dog for telling her to fix her attitude and speak nicely! It was uncalled for! If Tia is not terminated, I will take this further to Head Office .

Hi I went to your store I orange today 19/3 for lunch the store had two other customers there who were served and left the store... We ordered and went to find a table but unfortunately could not find a clean one... We sat at the least dirty one and I asked the girl behind the counter could I please have something to wipe the table with... She apologized and came over and wiped the table sayng she it was dirty but she had been busy... As I said only 2 other people in the store... There seemed to be approx 3 or so other employees in the kitchen area and one in the drive thru counting a till (Probably not the best idea) we waited for over 15 mins for our food and I ended up going over and asking how much longer it was going to be... Lots of laughter and talk coming from kitchen but not much work... And heres me thinking the worst was over right?.. How wrong was i? I decided to use the bathroom... To say it was dirty was an understatement... Seat falling off... Nearly completely lost my balance and landed on ths floor... Please please please sort this out... Im a frequent red rooster customef but will seriously consider giving your orange store a huge miss next time

Hey just wanting to make a complaint went to red rooster orange today to have lunch and the service was terrible took 20 minutes for my meal and no one else was waiting for a meal also the tables were not cleaned and we had to ask for them to be cleaned before we could sit and eat, toilets are dirty.
Please find out who was on shift today the 19 March 2017 and talk to them to make sure they are going to to do their jobs, I recieved the top hard piece of a tomato on my burger and also a chunky piece.

I purchased 2 portions of 1/4 chicken and chips from your restaurant Cnr Leumeah and Campbelltown roads Woodbine. Yesterday 18th March at 6.44pm. (drive through) on arriving home (about 2 mins) we opened the parcel thinking that we were going to enjoy a chicken meal. What we found was a disgusting uneatable carton of Soggy chips, made from old potatoes. and an old rooster (True to your name) calling itself a chicken, which was dry and overcooked. It was raining hard and I did not want to drive back to the restaurant. Needless to say. I am disappointed and disgusted at the quality of the food. I threw the food in the bin. As pensioners, A refund of the purchase price would be appreciated. $15.00

7:20pm my children and I decided to attend red rooster with their father my children got McDonalds the staff then asked if we were ordering I said we are waiting for our meal that's was fine the children's father got an email off red rooster with chicken chips and a 1.25 litre drink till then end of febuary so the staff member scanned the card and the offer didn't come up manager then comes to the register and said you have already had this offer children's father replied with no I haven't then manager calls the children's father a liar getting right up in his face at this point the other staff member comes to the table the children are sitting at snatches the drink and said sorry can't do anything about it

hi, my inv [protected]. I purchased 3 meals for delivery. Besides be an outrageous cost of 67.93. The meals were very dissapointing. The chips were soggy and cold. The burgers were only a piece of rubbery chicken with a bit of lettace and mayo. The tender were dry. I haven't bought from Red rooster in a long time and thought this would bea nice change. I could not eat the meal that i had [legend mega] and my colleagues also did not eat all of theirs. I will doubt whether i'll buy off red rooster again as this left a sour taste. Purchased Can "Lift & Large Family Chips" provided attendant $50 note as payment, was provided change for $20 note, questioned attendant about incorrect change. Attendant indicated that he only received a $20 note, informed attendant that 100% was a $50 note, could see the $50 not still sitting in til note put away, but attendant continued to deny $50, indicated he should check camera, came back couple minutes later still suggesting $20 note. Told attendant I thought he was lying and he knew it was $50 note. I know 100% it was a $50 note as partner had just given me the money. This is really piss poor service, don't treat me like I didn't know what money I had in my hand. Red Roster can either refund the money or I will be lodging complaint with police service.

I ordered the Family meal deal which included a whole chicken (I ordered it whole), A large chips, a large gravy, and a 1.25L lift. Upon arrival I had received a 600ml lift, no gravy and a chicken cut into 8. I have coeliac and cannot eat a chicken covered in stuffing. I am aware all chicken come stuffed however it does not coat the entire thing as the chicken in 8 does. I called and explained the situation and was told a 1.25L drink and gravy would be sent in 20 minutes. My partner then rang up beacuse he was appauled by the customer service & the fact we were expected to wait for the second half of our dinner while the first half got cold. Upon calling he was told that the man he and I spoke to, Rishavh, that he could not do anything, and to receive a 600ml and a half chicken with the gravy, in which we have already paid for, as well as a 1.25L drink would be sent out if we minized our orignal order. Upon second arrival, we recieved a 325ml can and still no gravy in which I will remind that we have already paid for. We then called back to see if anything could be done, and again was told he could do nothing. We wanted a refund by this point from lack of service and for the cold, small dinner we originally ordered. We are highly disappointed in his customer service and the fact he expected us to eat cold chicken and chips with the possibly of getting ill. Once again we are highly disappointed, as a regular customer I am sad to say Red Rooster has lost my service through lack of his.

Due to the 19 months l have worked at Red Rooster l have been called "stupid" by the store owner and have her tell me how she wished she could "hit me". I am constantly been yelled at for doing my job and getting the blame for her negligence and careless mistakes. I have watched new co-workers who have only worked once and are in their second shift, be yelled at and sent home for not knowing what they are required to do. I have heard the store owner call a fellow co-worker "fat" and laugh at another co-worker who had a beloved dog pass away and was not up to the task of working. The staff is constantly been verbally abused by the store owner and customers have put in complaints of her unprofessional manner and rudeness towards customers and staff. She will remove you from the Rooster for 1-2 weeks if you call up sick with a doctors certificate because she is annoyed with you not working, she puts the Rooster up every Sunday and does not want to hear that people cannot work on their appointed days due to other concerning matters (she either refuses to change your shift or has you removed for a week or more until we are understaffed and you are called back- in others cases they have been fired and rehired). We never receive payslips on pay day but in a bundle every 4 months and our pay is always to days late which is frustrating enough as we get paid fortnightly.

I was about to buy a quarter chicken and chips at red rooster 176 hoxton park rd. There was a muslim girl with two asian girls who work there. I asked the muslim girl for a quarter chicken and chips. The girl was confused and was not sure about what I was saying. She asked me if I wanted small, regular or large chips with that. I repeatedly said quarter chicken and chips. I felt annoyed inside of me. She insisted if I wanted small, medium or large chips. I couldn't argue so I asked for small. Then she asked me if do I want the chips seperately with the chicken. I said put it with the chicken.
The girl seperately charged extra for the chips when I looked up the receipt. I was disappointed and annoyed. I hope they get there act straight. Don't won't another disappointment again with inexperienced workers like them.

Hi just letting you know that the windsor store need to be looked at. I have had food missing. Now we got a delivery and pumpkin was roten and the potato was that salty you just could not eat it. I rang the manager and he just doesn't care. All he said is what do you won't something for free. I told him that i am ringing him so people don't get sick. He didn't say sorry thank you or anything. Not happy at all as this is not the first time.

I ordered a delivery on saturday 10th december and they called me saying they were out of chicken. I have enter the store to be refunded and have not heard back.
Its been almost a month and the money has not yet been refunded into my account.
Please rectify this because it is appalling service and if it is not rectified i will no longer be a customer.
