Rakbank / The National Bank of Ras Al Khaimahunexplained charges, harassment, staff awful

This is my second complaint about this bank it could go on all day from not having my internet banking working for 3 years to not one staff being able to help, to unexplained charges on my account- found another AED100 today that I do know know what it is for, Credit shield charges not authorised and general harassment when it comes to outstanding payment on credit card which I cannot pay as it is a new card and noone seems to be able to tell me why I am not getting an authorisation code on my mobile- they said at the branch you need to get an authorisation code on your mobile...gee really???Just an awful bank which I will be closing the account shortly (when someone tells me how to do this as noone could help me at Marina branch) I could go on all day with these complaints. If anyone wants to get back to me they can call on [protected]. I bet them AED100 they will not be able to help me.
