I had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE regarding a EXCHANGE at 219 W 34th St
10001 purchased a bodysuit that was on sale ($5.00). I was unable to try it on as I bought it on my lunch break. I was never informed on a restricted return policy and when I went to try it on and saw it would no way even fit I didn't attempt. I went to exchange it today and was greeted by a RUDE cashier who said "we don't return body suits" I informed her I NEVER wore it and was never informed that that was their policy. I asked to speak with the manager WHO'S name is MOHAMED. He actually rung me up yesterday and states they can't return it AND THAT THE RETURN POLICY WAS ON THE SIGN NEAR THE REGISTER. I FEEL I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED AT TIME OF PURCHASE AS THE PLACEMENT IS NOT EFFECTIVE AT ALL. I end up putting back other items I was plan on purchasing as well and will NEVER SUPPORT THIS STORE IN MY LIFE AGAIN. I HOPE TRAINS THEIR EMPLOYEES TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL AND QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THEY WILL lose more than customers.
