Placed order 12/28/2011 received confirmation quickly that my credit card was charged and items were being shipped. It has been over two weeks, no items. Have tried to call 2 different numbers one hangs up the other states the box is full and hangs up. I have also emailed them several times and have had no response. I have not received anything in the mail from them, they take your money and run. I have now contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge since no items have been shipped. Will never do this again. Order #[protected].
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Do not order from this site! My husband was told 3 to 7 days for delivery time when he ordered online. Gave credit card info they took the money and ran! Its now been almost 3 weeks and we have received nothing. What is so Quick about it? Definetly wish id found this website before ordering.
They Sid the exact same thing to me. I purchased items over two weeks and have not received them.
I also have did the same thing and never recieved my items. how do we go about getting our money back?
