I was a former rep of PlanNet and independent agent of Inteletravel. I paid $199.95 to join both companies. After cancelling my account with both companies since I lost money for a year, I reported that I did not make a profit. They state they have a 1 year profit guarantee. They do not. You have to follow specific guidelines that they do not make you aware of upfront. If you do not follow these and do as they say within the timeframes they do not openly disclose, you do not qualify for this no questions asked guarantee.
So now I am out the start up fee as well as $59.99 a month for 1 year. Top that off with an email from the company after I cancelled which alerted me to find out that my account was reactivated by an apparent upline! These companies are complete scams! PlanNet Marketing is a pyramid scheme and Inteletravel is nothing but a travel agent card mill.

I have been billed since Dec 2021 n from both companies. Never used thier resources, was never trained and now I'm being told no refund. The one call I listened in on was others bragging about the money they made. I had no idea what was going on invested $199 . with no return or training as I previously stated. it all sounds good but if you are not connected to the right people this is a bust. I would like my money refunded. I am a senior of 66 yrs and with the financial climate being what it is, I feel I was scammed.

Lori,
Why should anyone who wants to be a legitimate travel professional even answer like you just did? By the way, it is spelled, S O M E O N E. Since you want to get to the nitty gritty. ;-)

Now about your companies. Let us look at some facts:
1) The 1 year profit guarantee does have a lot of undisclosed parameters that must be met in order to be approved. This includes booking a certain amount travel, training, etc. That being said, the complainant is in fact correct. It is not a, "no questions asked", situation like they like to say.
2) PlanNet like to talk about being a legacy company. However, during a conversation with LeAnn Troekler, when asked how they knew who the designated beneficiaries for each Director would be. the reply was, "We just know." There is no beneficiary designation form given to Directors or any other legal paperwork to designate where monies would be dispersed.
3) You are in a matrix. Check out the FTC's definition of a pyramid. And while you're at it, ask corporate what happens to the residuals from the spaces in the matrix when people leave. You may be surprised about their definition of compression.
4) Stop and research Inteletravel in the UK. And the investigative probes launched into their illegal business practice.

I think that's enough fodder to chew on for a bit.

Have a great day!

Plannet Marketing is NOT a pyramid scheme and Inteletravel is a legit travel company. You OBVIOUSLY have no clue how network marketing works, and did not work your business properly. Stick to working a job and building someon else's dream.

Pyramid schemes are classified by the FTC as businesses that rely too much on recruitment of new representatives rather than sales to the general public. Network marketing or "multilevel market" (MLM) is a direct product of pyramid schemes.
