So, I decided to give Pet Shed a try and ordered some pet medication from their website. I wanted to make sure my payment was secure, so I tried using PayPal. However, my payment was denied and I only found out when my shipment didn't arrive after 3 weeks. Looking back, I should have realized this was a red flag.

Undeterred, I decided to give it another shot and ordered again using a credit card that I only occasionally use. The very next day, I noticed 5 or 6 fraudulent charges on my card, so I immediately canceled it. When I contacted my credit card company, they told me the charges were billed out of Hong Kong. This was definitely not a good sign.

We've been using Pet Shed for a couple of years now and we've never had any problems with them, except for the fact that it takes a good two weeks for our medication to arrive. However, things took a turn for the worse in 2019. We ordered Revolution for our five cats and small dog in April, just like we always do. We dosed our animals and everything seemed fine. But then, in May, we noticed that the fleas were getting really bad. We've never had fleas before because we've always used Revolution, so we were pretty surprised.

We decided to order a year's supply of Revolution in May because we were getting desperate. Unfortunately, it seems like the April meds didn't work because all of our animals still had fleas. We dosed them again on May 19th, but we had to dose them again after 14 days because the fleas were just terrible. We even tried using Hartz flea spray on our JackChi and it killed a bunch of fleas, but they just kept coming back.

We're pretty sure that the Revolution we got from Pet Shed was counterfeit. It's packaged in USA packaging for Australia, which seems really suspicious to us. We're planning on calling Zoetis, the company on the package that supposedly makes it, to see if it's real. We're really disappointed with Pet Shed and we're not sure if we'll be ordering from them again.

So, I gotta give an update on my previous review about Pet Shed. I'm all about being fair and updating my reviews once I get a final outcome. After waiting for over 3 months, I finally received the items that I ordered. It was way past all the estimated deadlines that I was given by customer service and the website, and I had to go out and purchase medicine elsewhere despite ordering months ahead of time. But hey, at least I got my stuff, right? I used to recommend this website to my friends, but now I'm not so sure. Until they change their current shipping services, I won't be ordering from them again.

I gotta say, all the positive reviews here are from previous experiences and are no longer applicable. Something happened to this company, man. They changed their shipping port from the UK to Singapore, and since then everything has been a disaster. And instead of doing the right thing in response, this company has shut down their customer service website, turned off their support phone number (even though the website tells you to call them) and emails go unanswered or are replied to with a generic "shipping is taking longer it's all COVID's fault" response. It's like they don't even care about their customers anymore. And get this, they're not even issuing refunds for products that are 90+ days late! Instead, they offer a gift card to be used. Like, what? That's not even a solution! It's all a big joke, and the joke is on us. Someone said we just need to chill, but I can't wait until she orders $100+ dollars next time, never gets the item and is out her $100. It's just not right.

A few minutes later, I received a call back from someone named "Carmen," but her English was also not very good. She tried to argue that I had shipping options that would have given me a tracking number, but I was only offered one option when I made the transaction. She also tried to tell me that USPS was going to cancel my shipment on the 13th, which I knew was not true. I finally told her that I didn't want to argue anymore, and she said she would refund the cost of shipping ($6.95), but would not do anything about my $100+ purchase until April 13th. She promised to call me back to make sure that I received my product.
