Perfect Home UK 2 products

Hello

I have sent in a lot of emails/complaints and would seem it has been brushed under the carpet.

I am not happy with the way I am spoken to or constantly rang/at my door by perfect home.

I have asked loads of times for someone to look into my account and look at my payments as I have done this and it looks like iv over paid by 3 weeks yet im harassed constantly.

Literally the same day my payment comes in im being called. I have already said I will be dealing with Carla yet shes the me calling me.

I feel as if im just being targeted - I have made a lot of payments yet the letter I got today was highlighted on the bit saying to send my items back if I cant pay?

is this normal and allowed from a company?

I am not happy at all

Perfect Home UK Customer service/finance

After much deliberation I chose to get a mobile phone from perfect home. Due to my situation I really didn't have much option.

I established a recurring payment with the understanding it would only begin the following week due to my finances. Lo and behold they snatched the money the very next day despite assurances that this would definitely not happen.

Despite phone calls and emails pointing out the mistake and the situation they have left me in financially I have gotten nowhere.

When speaking with their customer service dept they did their best to put the problem/fault firmly at my feet. At one point I admit I had to hang up before I forgot I was a lady !

I am not stupid and will not be spoken down to by anyone. Just because I am in a difficult financial position doesn't mean I will be talked down to or it be insinuated I'm a liar.

I would never ever use this company again and would tell people to run not walk away from perfect homes.

I am left struggling not sure where to turn and do perfect homes care ... do they heck !

Perfect Home UK Service

On February 8 2016 my 55 inch Panasonic tv was collected because two hd plugs had stopped working. I was told it had to go to DBS which specialises in this repair got on to the doncaster shop they said they would call but never did finally went in to the shop they suggested the complaints department call them to help they said they would look in to it and call back but never did nearly 3 months I got a call from the complaints manager saying my TV had been repair and will be returned. They bought the TV in I tried it but still the hd plugs where not working they took it back very angry at this point I went back to the doncaster shop the assistant told me an engineer had repaired it he was off sick when it came in so it went to DBS but they had sent it back saying it had been repaired but when the engineer had call DBS they said they couldn't fix it but it was still sent back to me saying on the notes that it had been fixed. I rang complaints again and asked what is the point of complaining when the information they are given is a lie I had been told my TV will be returned on Friday but I'm not jumping for joy at that perfect homes is a company that people like me can't afford new thing but paying weekly for them gives people like me a choice but the amount of money you pay for this is you expect a better service but take my word if you want something new save because these people are only bothered about your money MR ELLIS

Perfect Home UK Crock of [censored]

Well after a year of everything we got from this company broke the fridge door fell off which my mum had to attend hospital as it bumped her on the head and nearly knocked her out, I contacted the store which we got the appliance from and they laughed at me down the phone the woman called Debbie at the huyton store Liverpool was so disrespectful it was untrue told me there was nothing they could do because the account had ended and laughed at me as I told her it got my mum on the head I would not recommend anyone buying anything from these stores as every seems to break one you have paid for it kind of a pattern going on an they no it too. I will be taking further action against the company and the Debbie the so called caring shop assistant.

Perfect Home UK Faulty goods

Hi, 4 weeks ago me and my partner purchased a washing machine, fridge and a cooker! We had to pay for 3 weeks for these items even though we hadn't received them, then on the 4th week they eventually got delivered but they were faulty, the washing machine made a loud bang ad knocked all the electric off in my kitchen and the cooker had a dangerously low installation reading which meant it could not be used! Only the fridge worked! It then took another week for a replacement washing machine and cooker to be delivered ad we kept getting told throughout the week that they would turn up to do so! So I sat in my house for a full week not able to go and do any errands which I had! We refused to pay for something which we didn't have and unfortunately missed two payments! Whenever we tried to resolve the matter we just had extremely rude sales persons on the other end of the phone call! Then today two really obnoxious debt collectors came to my home hurled abuse at my partner and tried to force entry past him at the front door! He told them politely that we were trying to sort out an arrangement with perfect homes, to which she swore at him and walked off! Two minutes later they sat in their van at the end of our driveway which prevented my partner to leave for work on time! I had to go out and reason with them and they left! They waited for my partner leaving the street ad drove extremely slow in front of him, but they did not realise there was a police car behind him and they got pulled over! Is there anything we can do?

I write to advise any person that considers buying a sofa from this "company" is use this term loosely, think once and once only.DON'T.! I purchased the Monique 2 seater sofa in March 2014. I noticed even after a month that the padding on the seats had become mis shapen and uncomfortable to sit on. Also when sitting, the Back rest struts had "failed". May I add I live alone and am hardly in my abode, therefore not using the sofa in a usual manner. I complained and to my astonishment the Leicester Store sent "The Delivery Drivers" to assess the sofa ! However they stated that the sofa was clearly not acceptable and they stated and may I add relayed this to the Store manager "Kevin" via phone in my presence. I then was told that the sub contractor had to come to assess it. This was done. The contractor stated, in the presence of my daughter that the sofa was of a sub standard quality . He would not fix it as it is still under manufacturers warranty. I telephoned the store and the Supervisor "Laura" was informed by the contractor of his findings. I was appalled by the service and lack of the level of professionalism shown by the Management. I have reported this to Head Office, and they too display little customer service skills. They have reported that the contractor submitted a report that the sofa was "Fine". They have stated that they will not make me privy to this information. They seem to be unaware of the Data Protection Act !. These people fail to realise that some people have Intelligence and dilligence. I believe that because people who "shop" in their store are on benefits, they have no insight to the Law, and are to be treated as "Pawns in game" of

Perfect Home UK High interest

Hi
I just want to know if anyone else has bought furniture or goods of perfect homes. Me and my husband bought two three seater setees from them last year. I was so pleased to be able to get some new furniture i'm a fraid i didn't take much notice of the high interest. I'm now stuck with another three years of payments that i can hardly afford as now my circumstances have changed and i have lost some income. Just recently i could'nt afford to pay one week and they charged me £3. 00 on top of my payment. I have heard as well if you have difficulty paying there is no help with reduced payments and they even come and remove your goods in some cases. I feel like i've got stuck with loan sharks but they are doing it within the law. Their interest is clossal i could have got a loan instead and payed less interest. I feel like they are taking advantage of people who are on low income and can't afford to pay cash for good or have a low credit scoring. I just want people to be aware that they charged more than treble the price the goods are worth surely they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. What do other people think about this?

You are well within your rights to do a voluntary termination of contract. Sometimes we can afford things but our personal situation can change making things harder. To any negative people...if you can afford all that money go and buy the stuff out right!

I am currently a customer of perfect home and the sooner I pay them off the better! I took home insurance out in September 2014 but as I work full time I was unable to take the documents to them as proof until 3 wks ago. I asked of this would be backdated to the date I took out the policy and their answer was no!
I have since read on their website that from the 21st July 2014 optional service cover is now included in the price so if this is the case why since the 21st July have I been paying extra for this service? And why did they not offer to remove the service when I took my insurance policy in as surely what they offer in the cover plus is included in my home insurance! Fuming is not the word! I will be ringing them tomorrow but will probably get a load of bull crap followed by yes we can remove it but can't back date it! Argh! From a very angry perfect home customer!
