Outdoors Onlineyeti order never received!

So, an update to my other 2 posts. The YETI I ordered as a Christmas gift, on 12/18/17, that I have yet to receive...I finally got a response from manager "Lory" who says the order has been cancelled and a refund will be given to me, BUT it will be done through a 'manual process', so it will TAKE LONGER.

This happened only after I have all but harassed this company for a solid 5 weeks, practically begging someone to either refund my money or send me my order. I have been given every excuse under the sun, until now. I'm not confident I will see this money anytime soon. I am confident, however, that I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
