Outdoors Online / order not received

Placed my order on 1/1/2017, payment cleared my bank on 1/4/2017. As of 3/31/2017, I still have not received order. I have contacted the company numerous times through email and, when answered, have been given various off-the-wall reasons for the delay in shipment. I was encouraged to call the toll-free telephone number, which results in a constant busy signal.

Obviously this is a scam company. BEWARE!
