Placed and order for 2 Yeti cups on Christmas 2016 from 2 gift cards I got from Christmas. Its now 04/03/2017 and I have not received anything. I have tried to live chat several times with no responses from anyone after an hour wait on some occasions. I have called and once got in contact with a customer service agent, where I was on hold for an hour and a half. He told me it was on back order because of the holidays.
Still have not had a response or product. I want a refund to get the Yeti cups somewhere else but now can not get a response from anyone at this company.

Purchased a couple of items for Christmas on 12/1/16. I have sent several emails, called, and more emails and it is 4/3/17 and still no merchandise; although they charged my credit card the day I placed the order. They supposedly have a live chat, in which they never respond until you are no longer active online. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone! FYI- they also have sub-sites such as Camping and Fishing.com

Placed my order on 1/1/2017, payment cleared my bank on 1/4/2017. As of 3/31/2017, I still have not received order. I have contacted the company numerous times through email and, when answered, have been given various off-the-wall reasons for the delay in shipment. I was encouraged to call the toll-free telephone number, which results in a constant busy signal.

Obviously this is a scam company. BEWARE!

I ordered this product on 12/4/16 and still have not received it. I have called and emailed multiple times but have not heard a word from anyone at the company. Clearly I now know this is a fraudulent company and I have been screwed out of the money I paid for the Yeti! I have contacted the Better Business Bureau who failed to help me out stating they were unable to get ahold of the company and it is possible the company went out of business. The company continues to advertise online and on Facebook so I am sure that is not correct.

Placed my order 12/24/16 for $80.98 and never ever have received my order... I have called the company two times, I sat on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes and they refused to give me back my money! This company is a scam and however it states anyone who orders is protected under 4x buyer protection... Which is also a scam! I just want my money back and I dont want anybody to be scammed by this company! Horrible experience

I placed an order on December 21, 2016 ( ORDER #92510) for a Yeti Rambler White Powder Coated 30oz Cup, as well as a Yeti Rambler 20oz Powder Coated Cup and I never received my order. I have contacted the company 3 times via their website e-mail address and no one has ever responded back to me.

I have received multiple automated responses that look like this,

I feel this website is a scam, as many others have stated. Their Facebook link no longer works and they haven't posted on Instagram in over 8 weeks. I am fairly sure they took everyone's money and ran!

I ordered a Yeti tumbler on 12/31/16. My card was charged immediately, but I have never received the item. I have sent numerous emails with no response back from the company. I have tried calling them many times and initially would be on hold forever with no one ever answering the call and now all I get is a busy signal. Very frustrating. At this point, I just want my money back.

My wife placed an order for a teal YETI Tumblr over a month ago. Needless to say the product still isn't here. Also no one answers phone or responds to email at this company. Its clearly ran by ### or people who enjoy to steal peoples hard earned money. The bad thing is, the cup she placed was for my daughters birthday, the only things my little girl wanted. Guess ill be spending more money to fix this stupid companies screw up.

I fell for the same scam apparently! My spillproof top came in the mail from Outdoors Online, 2217 Matthews Township Parkway, Ste D-251, Matthews, NC 28105. The phone number and email are not working and of course no website to find a contact. I sent an email to Outdoors Online, which is now Outdoors Outlet. Their customer service support team states Outdoors Online Support Team and said they are a new store that just opened. Up until February 3rd I was getting emails from Outdoors Online and February 10th I started getting emails from Outdoors Outlet and I had not gone on the website. The emails came from the same address.

I placed an order for a YETTI back in December 2016 I have yet to receive this item. I have called, left messages and even emailed them and not one person has ever responded to me. This company is stealing money from all of us and not giving us our products.
DO NOT order from them! OUTDOORS ONLINE are CROOKS! You will not get your item you ordered and you will not get your money back! They took 29.99 out of my account the day I placed this order.
SCAMMMMMM!

The total amount charged to my credit card was $49.95. It is now March 20, 2017. I have contacted numerous times and have been told that the items are being shipped in 5-8 days each time. Now the web page is down. My order number is 74713.

The cups have never arrived. I have attempted multiple emails which have been unanswered and phone call gets busy signal. Now the company website is non-functional.

I too, was taken by the ad prior to christmas about the yeti tumblers. After paying and not receiving my order and attempting multiple times to get answers, I read several boards to discover that this seems to be the norm. Do not order from them or fishingandhikingoutlet. com or outdooroutlet. com. I spoke with a representative from yeti and they are not affiliated with any of these companies. The person I spoke with is forwarding the information to their brand protection folks. Report to the bbb and the ftc.

I ordered a 20 ounce Yeti glass and lid on December 9, 2016, from a website called Outdoors Online. The price for the glass and lid was $39.98, which was deducted from my checking account on December 11, 2016. As of today, March 17, 2017, I have not received my order. I called the telephone number listed on my bank statement, but that number is not in service.

I ordered a yeti cup 30 oz on December 9th 2016 for 29.99 the money was taken out of my account right away but to this day-March 16, 2017 I have not received the product. I have e-mailed them over 10 times asking for my money back because they cannot provide me with my order. I have not received a response. I have tried to chat with them to no avail. I have tried to call-with no response. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. My order number is 80409. I just want my money back at this point. The original order was for a lid and a handle and the cup, well I received the handle and the lid but never the cup. the couple of times I did reach their customer support I was always told that the cup was going to be shipped in 5-8 days and that was months ago! I ordered 3 spill proof lids, 2 yeti tumblers, and a pack of straws for right at 100 dollars on 12/31/16... A 100 dollars later and almost 3 months I still have received nothing! I check my order status no luck... The money was taken out of my account and I don't think I will ever receive my products they were intended to be birthday present for friends of mine ... I'm very upset and would like my money back...

On December 26, 2016 at approximately 12:10 AM California time I purchased the yeti Tumblr and two different lids for the cup. I have emailed and called about not receiving my yeti Tumblr. I paid $44.48 and it's been almost 3 months that is also 12 weeks and not received a response or my product.
At this point I am assuming the outdoor online company who sold it to me that is their name I took screenshots from the beginning of my purchase to the end of my purchase as evidence as well as my bank statement showing I used my debit card which I have not been refunded for either and I can show that as well. If I do not receive my product or a refund in the next seven days I will be filing my own lawsuit as I see by doing a Google search other people have filed a group lawsuit and said that this was a scam which I will be joining that as well but I will be reporting this to my bank to refund the money, to the police for petty theft, which then with the screenshots, documented emails, documented recorded phone calls on my end, and the banks statement as well as the police report taking this to court for my money and for damages as well as interest and time, along with pain and suffering add it in because I am fully disabled and having to take this to court is a huge inconvenience for me having to actually get out of bed have my caregiver take me to court and prepare all of this I have no problem doing that but it will be added onto the lawsuit unless my item is received in the next seven days. Are use Amazon on a daily basis and I receive some items the very next day and two days at the latest so demanding my item be sent in seven days is generous and far beyond reasonable at this point. It is no longer acceptable to have my money stolen and I've not received the product in 12 weeks. I am sure the outdoor online company doesn't want to turn a $40 order into a several thousand dollar lawsuit and small claims court were in California a lawyer or paralegal is not allowed to defend them just a clerk or staff member and they are researched before they set foot in court when the judge makes everybody go out into the hall and attempt to mediate it before going in front of the judge we research who the person is and their position with the company and if they are found to be of legal, paralegal or lawyer background the judges notified of this fraud and an immediate win for the plaintiff is awarded. Unless this company wants to have this go this far I suggest they make contact immediately by phone to [protected] my cell number of 19 years and in advance notification all calls will be recorded for legal and police reporting purposes or you can email me at [protected]@sbcglobal.net an email of 18 years or an email of 11 years at [protected]@gmail.com
I am fully disabled and protected under all ADA Accommodations as well as the laws it includes from 1976 Acts and foreword, should I need their attorney for fraud and petty theft to get this scam resolved.

I just like everyone else placed an order for a yeti 30oz tumbler on Nov 28.
I have tried multiple times to get a hold of a representative. I got threw on their live chat told me the item was on back order but was back in stock and it would be shipped 5-8 business days. After another month i emailed them stating i never got my order or the email saying it was processed they said it was on back order but is now in stock again and would be shipped in 3-8 business days. Its been 2 weeks and now their website is no longer available imagine that...

This company is the WORST! I placed an order for lids, holders and straws and never received my order. I have contacted them several times and they keep telling me that the order was out of stock back then, but is now in stock and will take 5-8 business days. I placed an order for two Yeti cups on December 6th, 2016. Money was taken out of my account immediately, but as Os this date, March 11, 2017, I have not received them. I have tried to use their chat option online, but it always says their are many people ahead of me. I tried calling the phone number with no success at all. Couldn't get a person. When I would go online to check on the order it said it was being processed. I did get an order number.
