Outdoors Online yeti 30 oz tumbler

Order placed on 11/19/16 have not received all of my order. Left numerous messages and emails with no return call or email. Want products or money back. Unable to get anyone on the phone, keeps going to a recording. Emails are never answered. I have filed a fraud case with my banking institution. Have been advised they are following up on this matter.

Outdoors Online yeti

I ordered a yeti on 12-16 and received an email stating it would be shipped in 10-14 days and it was in process. I have yet to receive the product. I have emailed 5x and left 4 messages with no response. I want my product or my money. It us only $29.99 but it is more about being scammed that upsets me. I plan to contact the BBB along with my bank to move forward.

Lets be real here... you people are not getting your items international, local, or down the street. ORDERS are not being shipped this company is a effen scam and people need to dispute charges with the credit card they ordered on. I did and I will get my money back. all you have to do is call the number on the back of the card and dispute charge -- item never received. Dont be scared people, just do it. it works.

Outdoors Online absolute scam

I have now emailed the company 12 times. "chatted" w / 4 different people. Filed a complaint with the bbb and my bank. I am still waiting to get this resolved. My order was placed on 12/18. I have been bombarding outdoors online with emails and chats, each time, i'm giving the same run around, "i see your order is being processed and should be shipping soon". I asked for a refund/cancel my order, and was told it could not be done, as it was "already in the shipping process". I hope enough people complain about this outfit, and they are shut down. They have taken my money and I have gotten nothing in return except a huge headache. My daughter is still without her christmas present. The funny thing is the '5 star rating' they have on their website for customer service?!?!

Outdoors Online yeti tumbler and lid

Like many here, I placed an order in early December. I received a single email immediately there after that claim the order was "in process." Despite numerous attempts to contact the company ( voicemail messages, email messages, and attempts at live chat), I never received any response from them. Moreover, there live chat and telephone lines shut down approximately five minutes after they open each day. ( siding too many callers and imploring customers to leave messages that never get responded to). I finally spoke to someone, being sure to call the minute their phone lines became open. After sitting on the phone for a half an hour on hold, I finally spoke to someone, who informed me that I couldn't cancel my water because the item was already being shipped. Notably, I received one item (a lid) of a two item order. The Tumblr mentioned above still has not shown up. These people either like infrastructure, or our fraudsters. This is not a company that in anyway keeps its promises, but is more than happy to take your money.

Outdoors Online yeti tumbler

I ordered this in december and received an immediate order # response stating i would receive shipping details at a later date. It is now the end of january and i have not received anything about shipment. I have emailed numerous times and received no response. My card was charged immediately though. The customer service number is just a recording! i would like to get my money back. I will never order from this company again.

Outdoors Online yeti's ordered 9/2016 for christmas gifts

I ordered 2 yeti's on 9/2/2016. I received an immediate order confirmation email and order number. After multiple phone calls and emails I received an email from Dianne Tiffany ( a CS rep) on November 4, 2016 stating that "the tracking information has yet to be updated by the carrier but rest assured your order is currently in transit with a delivery time of 10-15 days. No subsequent emails or calls have been responded to.
I have given up hope of receiving products and would like my money back.

Outdoors Online have not received my order nor any communication regarding its shipping status.

I ordered over $250.00 worth of merchandise on December 22, 2016 from Outdoors Online .com. It's now 1/19/2017 and have not received any information on its shipping status and have not received any emails. I try to call but it says there are no customer service representatives available at this time. Please help!

Help yourself. Call up the cc company you used to pay for the items that were never received. Its called dispute for items never received. you will get your money back bec they have to prove they sent you items which they never did. don't be scared, just do it.

Outdoors Online order #55792 - never received full order

I placed an order on 11/7/2016. My order on my account reflects that is was charged and fulfilled, yet I only received 2 of the items in my order. I have called so many times, chatted online, sent emails, etc. and have yet to get the remainder of my order satisfied. The last time I called I was told it was the order would be completely replaced and sent that was over 3 weeks ago. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of responsiveness.

I would greatly appreciate my order being shipped since I have been charged 119.63 and have received 2 spill resistant lids for 2 cups not received and a 30 oz cup handle for again a cup that I don't have to put it on...I am still waiting on a orange 30 oz yeti, a new style 30 oz yeti handle, 2 20oz yeti handles and a lime green 30 oz yeti.

Outdoors Online order 2 yeti's in dec and never received them

I placed 2 orders online on Dec 29 for 2 different Yeti's with straws and a handle but never received them. I have called twice and they keep saying it going to ship but never has. I have also did the chat but I get the same response. I usually do my research on the company before buying stuff on online but I didn't do it this time and it cost me since they have my money.

Outdoors Online terrible customer service/still waiting on christmas gift order #89116

I have emailed outdoors online now 10 times, never getting a single response, except a computer generated 'we are reviewing this matter' type of email. - I placed an order on dec. 18 for a yeti rambler, paid for and the funds deducted from my bank account. As of dec. 25, I had not received the order, so I began reaching out to your company via email (S). I also tried calling, but was not able to get a single person to answer my call. I reached out multiple times via chat over the last 2 1/2 weeks, speaking w / willy, cha, and today, pearl. Each time, I was told the same thing, that it was being processed and ready to ship. I was also told that I could not cancel my order nor get a refund, once it was 'preparing to ship'. It is now jan. 17, I have no package, you still have my money, and i'm being told the same thing by pearl. I was also told by cha that my complaint was being forwarded to her supervisor 'lory' who would be in contact with me. This never happened. So as of today, pearl is telling me it is 'preparing for shipment' and it will be shipped in 5-8 business days. She also tells me that the 10% discount that willy said would be honored in my initial chat communication (Because o. O. Sent me an email advertising 10% off on the exact item I ordered) , will have to be 'manually refunded' and will take another month for me to receive the whole $3.00, when all I asked was to have that discount applied to my purchase. I am now waiting to hear back from pearl after she 'reaches out to the fulfillment team' and they ship my order within 5-8 business days. She says I will hear via email. As I mentioned before, I have yet to get any responses.

- my desired resolution:
1. An explanation for the lack of concern, the disregard for me as a customer, and fact that I have never received any kind of communication initiated by outdoors online to explain this horrible experience.
2. My order delivered to me and/or a full refund.
3. Some sort of compensation for the ridiculous trouble I have had trying to get this resolved.
4. An actual response that answers my questions.

Outdoors Online paid, but never received product

I ordered an orange yeti from outdoorsonline.com on December 7th and was billed on December 8th and have yet to receive my product. I have tried to contact them many times via email, chat, and telephone without any success until 4 days ago. I finally spoken to someone who claims my product was out of stock. I listened to her BULL#### excuse and proceeded to tell her how wrong it was to do people like this. I'm currently trying to get my money back. Not holding my breathe!

Outdoors Online yeti rambler hydro dipped 30 oz cup and camo handle not shipped

I placed my order on december 23, 2016 for a yeti rambler hydro dipped 30 oz cup, 100% leakproof lid for 30oz yeti rambler cups, and the camo handle for 30 oz yeti rambler cup.

I have received one email from the company, which was my order confirmation on dec 23rd. Since then, I haven't had any communications with the company. I have emailed them twice and I have not heard back from them. I should have done more research. I will be contacting the bbb and filing a complaint as well.

I called their support number [protected] and was on hold so long that I had to hang up.

I have had the EXACT same problem! Ordered on December 23 expecting it to have come by now. I've used the online chat box and BOTH times they have told me it was getting ready to ship, that was a week and two weeks ago! I AM LIVID! What a rip off. Mine was for a Hot Pink Yeti Rambler 30oz.

Outdoors Online non-shipment of my order

Ordered a 20oz pink Yeti rambler on December 12th 2016. The company charged my credit card $32.46 and sent an order confirmation email. I haven't received the order. When I check the status, it shows that it hasn't shipped. I've called, emailed, and tried to online chat with no response from the company. I simply want to cancel my order and be issued a refund.

Ordered on 12/18 card charged immediately. Today, Jan. 10 no order. Only way to reach someone is to sit on Chat for 45 minutes. Per Robin, MJ and
Paul (probably the same loser person each time) I was told "delay 5-8 days". Oh and when I asked for a refund it was "problem with payment processor". But Im sure not incoming payments right?
Losers, Loser company stay away. Pursue with your cc company. I did today and they are doing a charge back. Hope the time that was wasted on my $30.99 order was worth it for them because I will be getting my money back.
STAY AWAY.

Outdoors Online yeti ramblers

Called and left multiple messages. Never received a call back. Email them as well same outcome, No response. Finally got to talk to a girl named Keziah (Kesha) Who said my product was in high demand and that it just arrived at their North Carolina warehouse and would be shipped out immediately to give it 5-8 days for shipping. I could tell they had very cheap IP phones, due to all the cutting in and out of the line. I placed my order mid December and it is now the 6th on January. When i asked about a refund the question was completely ignored, She just kept saying i assure you, you will get your product. Keziah also could not provide me with an address for their North Carolina warehouse, Nor a phone number. "The warehouse there does not have phones" "The only way i can contact a supervisor is to email them." There is no way that, that is the only way you can contact a supervisor. Companies like this taking advantage of a hard working Americans stealing their money is disgraceful. I hope the person that runs this scam of a company reads this review.

Outdoors Online yeti mugs and supplies are all sent from various places in china!

I placed an order on November 20th and ordered six items. I received each item separately, from different parts of China, with the last item being received on January 6th. On Dec. 18th, I e-mailed the company to be advised on whether my order was going to arrive by Christmas. I never heard a response. Today I received a first e-mail confirming my last order was sent. I will never order from this company again.

This is such a scam company! I ordered my products on December 7th, it is now January 5th and still no update to my order. I have called, emailed, and no response.

The most annoying thing is that my best friend placed an order on November 25th, was shipped TWO days later.

Don't order from them. Don't waste your money, time, or patience. Now the rest of us have to fight to get our money back while this company has disappeared into the ether.

Outdoors Online yeti scam

Ordered a tumbler on 11/30... Card was charged and then never heard from them again.. I will be disputing the purchase with my bank.. Do not buy from them! I have called every day since 12/20 (even christmas) never gotten through. I have emailed them at least 10 times with no response. Once again do not buy from them! Fortunately academy sports and outdoors had a similar mug (Not yeti) that was the color I wanted.

I was scammed at the beginning of July, didn't think it wasn't a real deal and was so excited worthless [censor] need to get real jobs. Pathetic! I hope they go to jail. Says they are located in Australia on this site.

Watch out! They closed that website and now use www.outdoorsclubs.com!

Counterfeiters! And beware - I was also warned some of these counterfeiters are using toxic metals in the production of their FAKE Yetis!

Report to the IC3 (FBI Internet Crimes Bureau) and also the FTC. Also file a report with YETI in Austin [protected]. They are actively pursuing these counterfeiters. Unfortunately, they evidently scam people and then shut down that website and move on to the next one!

REAL YETI dealers must carry the entire YETI LINE! CALL YETI in Austin to confirm a REAL dealer BEFORE you purchase!

Check out the other people scammed on youtube.com! It is horrific!

Outdoors Online ordered online =- yeti cup

I ordered a yeti cup online. 20 days later the product never arrived. I emailed the company 3 times and called them 2 times. I did not receive a return call after 10 more days. Finally I disputed the charge with my credit card and they are investigating it now. 10 more days have gone by and still haven't heard from the company. They are definitely a scam company.
