Outdoors Online / fraudulent business

Purchased a couple of items for Christmas on 12/1/16. I have sent several emails, called, and more emails and it is 4/3/17 and still no merchandise; although they charged my credit card the day I placed the order. They supposedly have a live chat, in which they never respond until you are no longer active online. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone! FYI- they also have sub-sites such as Camping and Fishing.com
