They said that in one of the email threads, they included a map and some information about the self-arranged transportation from Brugge to Belgium, which was a whopping 2.5 hours away. Now, let me tell you, logistically speaking, there was no way we could have used those tickets. But they didn't care. They just denied our refund request like it was no big deal.

Now, here's the thing. The website is designed in such a way that it makes you believe that all the port logistics and excursions are perfectly coordinated for a smooth and convenient experience. In my humble opinion, they should include all the necessary information, disclose everything, provide maps, and anything else that can help travelers have a smooth and pleasant experience. It's only fair, don't you think?
