SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / tickets delivered to the wrong address, wouldn't give a refund!

We purchased 2 tickets and had them delivered to an address in toronto where the concert was taking place. They were delivered to the wrong location which was two hours away and we were unable to attend the concert.

We then sat on multiple hour long phone calls with no apologies etc. Ridiculous waste of time. We then decided to call the credit card company and report this as fraudulent charges as we did not receive the items. Nor would the company do anything to solve.
