Beware of Northwest Building Resources DBA Richmark Gutter Company in Ostrander Ohio. Their work is amateur hour and have cost alot of headaches on our Condo Property.
Their workers have been involved in stealing electricity, torturing Baby raccoons, Pitiful work and more. I wouldnt let them build my dog a dog house let alone work on my property.

Beware of Northwest Building Resources Inc. OSTRANDER OHIO.. DBA- RICHMARK GUTTER COMPANY The owner of this company is a liar and slander man. Our condo complex hired their company to do work and what a joke.. This company who's salesman is a friend of the board president and even lives here was given a contract when they wern't the lowest bid. Then after doing a big chunk of the work they left messes behind, stole electricity from owners, tortured raccoon's, and more. Then after being exposed the owner went on complaint websites using his posting name as the condo name trying to deceive the public making them believe the condos were doing the posting.
