I placed an order then I noticed that I forgot to change the shipping address. I called Customer Service and they informed me that there was nothing that they could do about it. I was told that the order was already "processed" and I would have to make the changes when I receive a tracking number. I thought that this was ridiculous considering I had just placed the order 15 minutes ago. I have done this before with another company and I was able to change the shipping address. It is very annoying that I now have to wait for a tracking number to correct the address. My shipping was free with my order and if I change the address I will probably have to pay for shipment. I think your company should be a little more forgiving when a customer makes a mistake.
