NetFlorist / total incompetence - avoid them at all cost
My order was not delivered on the special day that it was arranged for and eventually arrived 3 days late.
The flowers sent out to supposedly compensate for the late delivery of my main order also arrived 3 days late.
The website was not reliable and twice told me that my credit card had not been accepted when in fact it had been accepted and I had been charged. This meant that I was charged 3x instead of once. Now almost 2 weeks later only one of the promised refunds has come through.
It took some 7 international calls at my cost to try to sort out the order, delivery and payment mess.
They now refuse to respond to my emails.
Their website says that " We have attempted to make contacting us as easy as possible." What a joke - the “make contacting us as easy as possible” link does not work.
