NetFloristno delivery, no service

Actually I don't know why I'm adding this as they don't respond to complaints online. Not bothered about unhappy clients or try to assist. A manager is never available, staff incompetent to even do a change of address. Items not delivered, lies about it being on the way or that it will be delivered on time. This was supposed to be for Valentine's Day, now they want to deliver it on tomorrow which is Tuesday. Whether you deal with them calmly or getting livid means nothing, they just don't care.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Johannesburg, MI They take your money and just don't deliver the items. They have been doing this for years, they should know it is a busy time of year, get the required staff and delivery services in place. Call your clients back. Drop the items for the day it was requested. What is a Valentine's gift worth 4 or 5 days down the line? I want a full refund and will NEVER use NetFlorist as a service again and will also notify others not to use it as the disappointment and no care attitude from them is disgusting to say the least !! Management is non existent like delivery.
