hi everyone,

i want to share about my experienced in WINPALACE CASINO, i am really upset and disappointed. this is about time to stop crime like this one, i signed up at win palace but before doing that i asked first in the live chat room if they were accepting players in the philippines and he said yes and gave me $10 bonus which was need to be wagered by $400 then i finally gained $1, 100 which was over from the wagered amount and it was automatically transferred in "withrawable" option. when i finally want to withraw my winnings and went to the chat room she said to me that i was able to withraw only $50 then other winnings will be zeroed out. i was mad of course even though i knew that in their terms and condition i was just able to withraw 5x my bonus. But my point was how could they put all of my money in the "withrawable" option if it cant be withrawn in the first place! how come they didnt just put the right amount which was only $50 and swept away my other winnings from the bonus which was i believe was the right thing! than to waste my time playing so hard and felt so happy everytime i won. and then when i told them that they suddenly me accused of being FRAUD! and they dont want to talk to me anymore and the fraud department will just contact me. How could authorities out there let this scammers victimized us! they also affect our emotions, our beliefs, and our pockets. At first before i forgot they asked me to deposit $20, and when i asked if i deposit what will happen with my balance? they said it will zeroed out! cant you believe it they gave me $10 bonus and i made it for $1, 100 in just 5hours for THEM! they just used me to gamble for them making me believe it was my money, i dont know what to feel right now.

all i can say, we need to help each other to stop this from fooling us. I gathered all WINPALACE compalaints from all other sites took a screenshot and send it to the authority. i hope if you have time lets do this. because i believe they will act if there are so many overwhelming complaints. h

These guys are complete scam artist! They abruptly shut down their casino sites owing people hundreds of thousands of dollars! I had a pending withdrawal and now I am unable to reach anyone via phone or email. Netad management has shown total negligence, unethical practices and I hope the curaçao Internet gaming commission makes this right and stands by their mission statement. I deposited $21 with 400% bonus on a 1st deposit and Win Palace closed my account after calling me and depositing already. I was playing with the money just fine last night when I made the 1st deposit for hours until today. They wont even give me any reason why they de-activated my account and refuse to help me any further but are keeping my money anyway and wont even refund me. What a scam, it is ridiculous. Dont expect people like this to even do anything just because there are complaints about them online. They will continue the scam and cheating people and push it to the extreme. That is why I am taking this to the extreme and committing my entire life now to make sure justice is served over this. Our family most of them are attorneys at law and travel to many countries so I will have them deal with the proper authorities and complaints where Netad management is licensed in Curacao along with my bank pursuing this company that I used to deposit to my mastercard on. I wont stop ever and they deserve the worst of karma coming to them for cheating and stealing from people. If anyone has experienced something similar from Win Palace or has any information for me feel free to contact DaliaBravo26@yahoo.com.ph I am not going to stop going after WinPalace until justice is served, mark my words I will see to it even if this means contacting direct government officials and departments for those juristictions it will be done non-stop until justice is served.

First of all it is every player's responsibility to check the terms & conditions properly. When you register an account in the casino customer support representative contacts you and offers you a free bonus to try your luck. After adding the bonus CSR gives in-depth explanation of the bonus system: wagering requirement, included games and the maximum to cash out (which was $50 in your case). You were aware of all those restrictions when you started playing and there is no way any of them would change during your game. After the playthrough is converted all playable balance moves to withdrawable balance, but player should keep in mind that he can withdraw only the maximum allowed by the bonus (as it was no-deposit bonus). When you converted playthrough and saw that your withdrawable balance is more than allowed you shouldn't have continued playing and you should have contacted our customer support (available 24/7 both in chat and over the phone) to ask them if it was ok. They would say that there is no point in playing as you have already reached the maximum and you are welcome to withdraw your winnings and the rest will be deducted at withdrawal by the relevant department. In order to withdraw you need to send some documents for verification and one of them is the copy of the card connected to your bank account as the casino will be doing wire transfer. The card has to be used at least once in the casino. The minimum deposit is $21 and it should be withdrawn with the winnings from no-deposit bonus. In your case as the minimum withdrawal amount is $100, you had to deposit $50 to withdraw $100 ($50 you won plus $50 you deposited).
Also I would emphasize the fact that WP didn't affect your pocket at all since according to what you have written you haven't made any single deposit.
