MyCustomCase / Poor service!
My iPhone case I received from them looked like it was used by one hundred people before they ship it to me. For real. It had a lot of scratches all over its surface, and a tiny part of it was a little damaged. In short, it looked nothing like a new case.
They were notified in a minute.
Unfortunately, they offered nothing that could make me feel better. They just advised buying another case because their policies don't allow to exchange. Excuse me, but if you send sh&&ty products to people, you should take responsibility for this. I understand it's very convenient to hide and say you have nothing to do with this, then you just have to shut your business down.
