room is horrible
We are in the bountiful Utah location and it is horrible. I have attached some pictures of how dirty the room. Towels with holes in it. What looks like a dog treat in the corner. The other pic is a towel that I had to clean up the floor with. It is so dirty. We went to the pool and there were people in the pool smoking. Loud music with profanity in the lyrics. There were kids in the pool. Room 256

the worst experience in a hotel. the price was outrageous, but I thought I would get what I paid for... not... the room was the size of a closet. the beds were so hard it was worse then sleeping on a hard wood floor. the bathroom was disgusting and place to set your clothes and no where to hang a robe. no refrigerator, no coffee pot... not even any amities like shampoo or soap... will never stay at a motel 6 again
unethical behavior
Myself and my best friend checked into room# 252 double beds. The stay was pleasant and beds were comfortable. We woke up Saturday morning July 21 around 11 am to be ready to checkout at 12pm.
In the midst of us gathering our belongings, I left my wallet on the first bed under the covers by accident. It was not noticed until about 45 minutes to an hour later. I called the front desk and spoke to the young later on the morning shift who checked us out. At first she stated she did not know who turned it in, then when I got there, I stated who I was and that I came to pick up the wallet I left behind. She stated she tried to call, but I never received a call from the hotel.
I told her to give the five dollar tip for finding my wallet to the person who returned it. I did not open my wallet right then and there because I was just happy to get it back. When I got back to my vehicle. I opened my wallet. I had one credit card that I had not yet activated stolen and $ 157.00 in cash stolen.
I went back in the lobby where I picked up my wallet from lady and I told her I know I could not prove it, but someone stole the cash I had in my wallet. I told her the exact denomination 1($100 bill folded 4 times), 1($50 bill folded 4 times) 1 ($5 bill folded 4 times with a yellow bird on it in the corner) & 1 ($2 bill folded 4 times). She looked shocked, then stated she firmly believes that the guy room attendant would not steal, even though at first she stated she don't know who turned it in.
She could not and did not say anything. I felt so violated. I just stated to her that God will deal with the person who took my money. They were honest for turning in my wallet, but not one of my cards and cash money.

Stay clear of this place! Checked into our room at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night even tho check in is at 3 pm. The staff was a hot mess to put it lightly. Our room smelled so bad of wet dog, urine and cigarette smoke, it was disgusting. The entire room had hair on it, in the shower, on the ground. I know motel 6 is the bottom of the barrel so I shouldn't be so hard but seriously if you have a room here, cancel reservation ASAP. Nothing good is coming out of this place. The road to get to the hotel has almost tire size sinkholes and the road condition itself is very much compared to the motel you are about to stay in.
noise from late night swimmers

This is the second time that people are swimming after hours. Last night I had to call the front desk TWICE because guest were swimming, partying and yelling at 2am. It is ridiculous that the pool isn't locked at its closing time. At 2am people should not be allowed to swim. I SHOULD NOT have to be woken up and have to call the front desk. These guests were also drinking alcohol in glass containers in the pool. The front desk should be better about keeping an eye on things after hours. I am truly disappointed. The past few times I have stayed, I have had this issue. Even tho I request an otter room to not have to deal with the pool area. I am told the outer rooms are booked.

Rented a room for 2 nights at motel 6 and the first night cause not sleep cause the room next door had a dog and all night the dog barked keeping me up most of the night and I told them at the office in the morning and they told me I should of called last night while it was happening but I was just trying to get some sleep when I did talk to front desk she told me it is guest with dogs responsibility to keep animals quiet
our room
We arrived at our room and felt the room looked clean but noticed furniture peeling. We chalked it up to wwar and tear. Then we went in the bathroom which was disgusting they had painted the tub which was peeling off the tub and looked unclean. The bottom of the wall was crumbling. In the middle of the night we began to notice alot of roaches which we promptly killed...this was at 2:30 am as we had been to a concert and didn't get back till after 12:30 am. I was very disappointed in this room and in the future will not be staying here
the room
I made no reservation just pulled in and got a room. The first room was not clean yet so we went back, we got in the room and I was beyond disgusted. There is dirt, grime, bodily fluid everywhere. The a.c./heating unit is not safe! Dust Every where I took alot of pictures! I was mortified! I was told this was the only room. I sneezed all night. The pillows smelled like vomit. My husband and I travel all over the USA for his work and we only stay at motel 6. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I don't think I'll stay at another one again. The remote didn't work, we went to the office 4xs! Just disgusting and uncalled for and I am beyond pissed off. I can email the pics

The room smelled, the sheets and covers were stained, it was just a rat hole of a place. I walked out and left it was so bad, would like a refund but if not fine I will not stay there! It was the worst room I every seen, and um ex marine I've seen some bad ones. I think it should be shut down, and redone or just tear it down. I would not wish anyone to stay there.

I know for a fact that motel 6 does not change out their blankets and coverlets every 3 days nor do they change the linen on every bed daily. Theres no regime for the shower and the floors are disgusting. They have managers playing favorites and no proper training. I was just recently terminated for a property being lost or stolen and i didnt do it. With no training and figure it out or dont environent no wonder i was. Well ill let you guys know this my lawyer is loving it. I intend to sue for wrongful termination due to no evidence i was never trained and the fact that the new managers husbands friends are the people i was wrote up behind and terminated for. Oh lets see what else. Im sure theres tons more but i also am going to write the BBB and inform them of the housekeeping and conduct of motel 6 and its employees. Drugs, stealing, favoritism, long hours and not enough money, lack of integrity and hard workers and company compassion. I always stayed to help and or did extra stuff for people. I wouldnt steal from them.

The house keepers at this location are beyond rude. The office staff is also unprofessional. When I arrived, I was not greeted by office staff and they are very unfriendly. In addition, I called for room service multiple times in the afternoon and they never showed up the whole day. The house keepers are also very lazy. The housekeepers Dominga, Linda, Maria G, and Lidia are all unprofessional. I kindly asked these ladies can they help me with my requests and none of them showed concern or helped. I would not recommend this location. The rooms aren't thoroughly clean and my sheets and towels had stains. Horrible and uncomfortable experience.
bed bugs
I stayed one night and didnt know of bed bug infestation. All i was issued was a full refund, no percentage off of next stay at any motel 6 or one free night at any motel 6. I dont want to give a bad review but was needing compansation for have all my luggage fumigated that cost me about 3 quarters of that refund. My wife and i have pictures and video of the bites and of the bugs themselves .I would appreciate the returned call or email about a solution to this problem
this location needs help and change
My husband and I just transferred from San Diego and need an affordable pet friendly spot until our home is available on the 15th. I've been here a bit longer as my husband's transfer had just gone through just a week ago. This has been our experience. You have homeless and addicts hanging about, peeping through windows. There are no cameras or security on premises, parties clear into the late nights on each and every passing day, music BLARING! No consideration for other paying/working customers. They gave Friday and Saturday a break. Was probably too hungover and then continued Sunday evening. which staff seems to not care and say absolutely nothing until you complain. One clerk stated she was able to hear it all the way from the office. Okay? So we do absolutely nothing? Not even a warning? Who cares right? And there is a grungy man that they allow to hang about in the lobby all day and everyday if he pleases. I had it confirmed that the man is not an employee but likes to act as one. He once claimed to me he was an undercover security. I'm convinced the man is delusional and shouldn't be hanging around. What security wears the same clothes everyday with no shoes?! Not only is he an eye soar, but it's really unprofessional to have him lounging in a place of business... The fact that I have my husband and dog I feel safe enough until my home comes through. I will give an update if any results good or bad. The housekeepers and maintenance guys are hardworking, outstanding individuals. I give them 5 stars. It's HOT out and they keep pushing

When I reserved the room online I specifically requested either avoiding rooms or roo.s next to each other. When we arrived at the motel the clerk told me that the computer picked the rooms. Then after having to show her my registration she did give us rooms next to each other. When we went to the room, one was occupied. I went back to the office and she apologized stating it had to be one of the maids in the room!
motel 6 boulder highway, las vegas - power lost in motel room
Returned from dinner to our room the evening of November the 9th, 2018 to find the power out, no air conditioning or lights and the room was 97 degrees. Went to the office to find that the motel staff had locked the office and gone. There was no power back up. The power remained off until 4;30 the following morning. The staff the next morning made no effort to refund our money or give us a voucher for another night. We find it difficult that a Motel chain could be this negligent . What if one of us needed the power to operate a medical device? We think we should be compensated.

Foolish child, how is a power failure their fault. You stayed there with no issue so you should have no issue paying for your stay. If you cannot afford to then sleep in a cardboard box or homeless shelter.

I must say that we will never stay at MOtel 6 ever. The bathroom sink drain was clogged with hair. The mirrors were so blurry you couldn't see yourself . The bathroom light was very dim. Called for a maintenance man to put a new build in. He did so and said all the bathrooms have dim lights. Floor was dirty as well. Shower walls were not cleaned only wiped down and mold around tub. Ever disappointed.

I did my reservation through SnapTravel. My check in was easy and the receptionist was very fast and kind. I paid $176.33 The room at first sight was so so. Then I notice a little roach, but I was in hurry, so I sprayed the room with insecticide, today when I came back, my room is full of dead roaches, meaning they didn't clean my room at all. I complained with the receptionist around noon. It is 2PM and I called them again and nothing has happened. I want my money back, my room cleaned and somebody from the health department to come and inspect this whole building. I have been cleaning because the insecticide I sprayed. Hope you can help me, thank you.

Rooms are disgusting, door hanging by one hinge out of three, water doesnt get hot, and i took a rag and wiped my floor and it was black! Next day cleaned floor and it was black again! I asked them twice to clean floor and they just simply refused to clean the floor. Dont understand how tgey think they will make any money when nobody wants a gross and dirty room.

I been staying here for 6 days.
My 3rd day i requested a key at desk, un uniformed girls came out saying i was on a blacklist. They check computer, shrug it off without explanation.
4th day i go request change for vending machine, manager asks my name and says I'm not allowed on property and states I must be in someone elses room. Checks computer and sees I'm in my room and not on a blacklist. Again NO explanation.
Today, minutes ago a housekeeper comes banging on my door saying we are smoking marijuana. WE Do Not Smoke Marijuana!
I am being harassed by these employees for unknown reasons and need record for future references.

Hello my name is Yessica Pinedo I made a reservation [protected] for the following days [protected] two nights check out Sunday morning, am from San Diego so me and my 2 Boys one of 2 and 9 years old and husband so we arrived at 1 pm call the hotel ask if we could check inn they told us it was ok so we arrived I walk inn there was just one person helping in the front desk his name Sam he said give me ID and a card and going to charge you so I did I told him my name is Yessica Pinedo I did reservation online he said yes yes am checking my email for conformation number and his talking and he tosses my cards on the desk I stop doing what am checking on my phone I told him Sam plz do not just toss my things like that he got very upset he told me if you don't like it get out of here I don't take [censored] from you lady I said no you don't toss my things like that he said I do what ever I want am the manager here so if u don't like it get out screaming at me I told him no am driving from San Diego with 2 kids in the car long drive 8 hrs I told him he said I don't care I told him am calling the police he said am canceling your reservation am am putting you on do not welcome list so police came he told police his manager he does what he wants he did not want me there very sad a person like this should not be in charge police officer help me and my husband find another hotel since we are not from San Francisco we made it safe to another hotel, I hope u guy's do something about this problem no person should go trud this it's not write thank you for reading this as I hope something well be done.
