After shutting my card/account down due to "fraudulent charges" and never even contacted me prior (though they said they did) I finally got a new card. I was told that my balance was $263, which was how much was on my card. All of a sudden, that's gone, and they're saying that when I got the card, it was in the negative balance. After sitting on hold for literally 25 minutes, I spoke with a very dismissive agent who told me that it it was my school's fault and to contact them. Even this completely unhelpful call was better than most of the calls made to this company. I'll be contacting my lawyer about the missing $263, and I'll never do business with this company again.
