I too ordered the free trial. I did receive the pills but could not take then because of medication I am taking. I called to cancel right away. The man said ok he would cancel my order. Only thing is two checks had already been written on my account. One for $49.95 and one for $58.95. I wish I had seen the complaint board before ordering. I spoke with my bank and I can contest the charges so that is what I am going to do. I will make a copy of all the complaints to help my case.

I just received a package from them with a "free" sample and a fake paypal receipt for a "subscription" to their product. The difference with me is that I've never heard of them nor have I ever tried to order anything from them. I just wonder where they got my name and address! Obviously they are trying to steal my information by getting me to sign up to a fake paypal account to cancel the subscription to their product. What a bunch of scammers... its infuriating!

I think I will go to the post office and report them as it came through the USPS. There's got to be a way to report this as it came through the US Mail.

i can't believe that these people are still in business after all these complaints of fraud and they are still ripping people off. I will make sure that they can't get anything else from me or any body else i know and they are full of crap and should be prosecuted.

We just found out we have been charged $650 since November, when I called and was assured that my account was cancelled, and I was removed from the system. After having read all these complaints, I just cannot believe that no agency has shut this company down. I have lodged a complaint with the Houston BBB, and the Momentumdirect "complaint dept". HA. I'm sure that will do nothing, but I plan to call the Houston BBB on the phone this week, in addition to the online complaint.

This company is a complete fraud. They have many different websites for this same copany. The 2day diet and the amazon diet are the two that I have delt with in the past. Has anybody had any results regarding receiving a refund? It has been over a year for me and Ihave still not received a thing.

Robert Jones has had a history of unethical business practices. Back in 1995 he started a company called "American Dream Company". Promising a "Guaranteed $1, 000 A Month" or your money back. After purchasing a BMW with the members subscriptions he closed the doors.

So it is no surprise that 13 years later he continues to act in this way.

I strongly believe the only way to deter this history of illegal behavior is to incarcerate Mr. Jones. Based on his past history it is clear that these drafts against cancelled accounts were deliberate with a true intent to defraud.

Also you can file a complaint the Federal Trade Commission online at www.ftc.gov/ftc/cmplanding.shtm. The more complaints we send them maybe the faster we can shut them down. Also email the attorney general at cjid@oag.state.tx.us. Good luck everyone!

A number you can contact them at is [protected]. They took over $400 out of my account and were in no way authorized to do so. I have called three times and they keep saying they will send me a check, however the first call was made in March and they promised me a check in ten days, it's now July...

I work for a bank and have a customer currently disputing items for this company. This person states that they purchased a free trial item for approximately $10 for the shipping and handling. The person never got their product and Momentum Direct continually charges this person every 10-13 days for around $58. They are unable to get hold of anybody at this company, surprise surprise...I was shocked to see the number of complaints on this company and wonder how they are still able to do business.

I had never ordered anything from this company! They had taken money outta my account and i didn't catch it untill a month later. It caused me to lose my house and my car... I'm in the process of sueing this company and i do not appreciate it at all. They had told me after i had faxed them all the reports three times that there were only going to pay for what they took! I'm pist! They owe me over 4, 500 dollars. They won't take the law suit because my town is too small to file an order of complaint. This company is a bunch of ### and not worth pretending to try to do whatever it is that there trying to sell you! Please take it from me and many others that it is not worth it. I want my money and I won't rest until I get it. SO PAY UP MOMENTUM DIRECT! To all those who read this GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!

They did the same thing to me! I ordered one of thier crappy products. When I received it, I realized what a rip off it was. They were supposed to only charge me shipping and if I didn't like it, I could send it back within two weeks. Well, I sent it back. Next thing I know, there's a charge for 49.95 to my account. I was like WTF, I sent that back and besides, they weren't supposed to charge for it at all. Then a couple days later there was another charge for 53.95. WHAT?! They never sent anything else so WTF was that charge for. I went to thier website and contacted customer service. I got some guy in India that I could barely understand...I was like, 'Oh great, here we go!'. I explained the situation, how I received the product, returned within the two week window, and got charged twice without receiving any further product. He took my address and said a refund would be sent in 2-8 weeks...That was like 4 months ago! I emailed customer service next time, a woman emailed back and said that my refund check had been cut and was on it's way...still waiting...maybe it's coming from India?!

I canceled my order and still received 2 more shipments and my account was charged both times for them. When I called to complain and get it straightened out they told me that I did not cancel. I would like to know who I talked to then with their number.

Go to your bank, tell them the situation and let them know that you did not authorize the check. I highly suggest you email and call Momentum Direct. I got my money back after informing them that I have reported them to the police and BBB for fraud.

I ordered the free trial of the 2-day diet with shipping of 7.95. I mdid not like the product, so I returned it. In the meantime, they billed my account for 49.95. Two days later, they billed me 58.95. Four days later they billed me another 58.95. I talked to a person at their number, his accent was so bad I could hardly understand him, He said I woukd get a refund in one month. I called back, talked with another man with the same kind of accent, he said I would get a refund in 2 weeks. I called back, again a man with accent, he said I would get refund in one week . That was over a month ago. I still have not received any refund. I would be willing to bring the tar if someone has the feathers and a rail!

I had this company take a total of $353.58 out of my account. My wife and I dont order this stuff online. We get all of our vitamins and every thing from GNC. We had to google to even find out what this was. I sent them a E-mail saying that they have 14 days to send me a MONEY ORDER for that amount or I will go to JAG and find out what Law actions I can take agenst these Bast**des. We will see what happens. Oh ya I also told them that they have 48 hours to email me back with there response or call. How in the world can people like this ripe Americans and other living beings off like this? I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING! Can anyone tell me? I am a soldior that fights for peoples fredoms but I am sure that this is not in the constitiuion. THe freedom to ripe People off? Who the H**L do these people think they are?

everything teresa beagley said is what has happened to me. i have called 3 times so far, each time they say "our accounting department will have your check in the mail within XX business days". it sounds like the same man. to me it sounds like an australian accent. next time i call i'm going to ask him his name and see if it's david. their shipping address is listed as magnolia, tx but that can't be right, as i live in san antonio(barely 3 hours drive away from magnolia) and it took 3 weeks for the first product to get to me. there are over 600 complaints with the BBB yet appx 30% of them are resolved.
if i could go back and make the decision again i would have never given them any information. i recommend you do the same. i just hope i get my money back, but it's not looking good.

These people have taken a$2.98 free sample and turnrd it into over $2000.00.They have made up check numbers, electronic withdrawal.Have ignored the fact the product was never ordered and was tried to cancel sent back product, they sent more packages took out more money. They made overdrafts. They are crooks!

Hi everyone. I read most of the complaints and they were just like mine. Please listen to me... There was one post I read and it actually helped me get my money back! I urge you all to do the same so for 1 you can get your money back and for 2 STOP these people (Momentum Direct). Here is the info I read that helped me get my mony back. I also called this # [protected] and actually got a live person and she was the one who e-mailed me to tell me they were going to refund all my money back and they did. I am sooo happy to say they sent a check for the amount of $ 117.86 back to me. PLEASE DO THIS SO YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND HOPEFULLY COMEPLETELY STOP THESE PEOPLE! Here is the all the info I copied from this angel that got me my money back...

OMG I cannot believe how stupid I was to even order with this so called company Momentum Direct. I am sooooooo mad right now. I read most of the Complaints and it's the same issue I am having with this DAMN COMPANY! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THIS BECAUSE LIKE ME I AM SURE YOU ALL WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY FOR SOME DAMN SO CALLED COMPANY LIKE THIS STEALS YOUR MONEY! MAYBE SOEM OR ALL OF ALL OF US CAN GET TOGETHER AND DO SOMETHING. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS STILL OPERATING AND STILL ROBBING PEOPLES MONEY. IN 1 MONTH THEY TOOK OUT A TOTAL OF $167.81 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I HAD CANCELED WITH THEM. I TRIED THEIR PRODUCT DID NOT LIKE IT AND SENT THE REMAINDER BACK. I have read so many different complaints from so many different sites. Momentum Direct has managed to successfully forge 3 checks that total the amount of $839.05. And just like so many of you my bank would do NOTHING to help me. Their only response was to close my account and that this dispute was between me and Momentum Direct. I spent three days trying so hard to get through to the customer service numbers that were posted on the forged checks with nothing but constant ringing. These charges to my account not only were taken from me unauthorized, but they put my account in the negative. I can't stress enough, DO YOUR RESEARCH! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS!~!

I was going to try the product then changed my mind. somehow they got my account info that I did not give out. They took out $176.79 four times out of my account. These people need to be stopped. that's almost $800.00 dollars. I am raising four grandchildren and that would go along ways to by shoes, clothes and food for them. What do we have to do to stop them.

This company is a big scam. I also was debited money from my acct. we need to put a stop to it. I want my money back and I'm tired of hearing from them that they are going to refund my money back, and nothing, I havent received no product from them and no money either. we need to put a law suit to this scam company.

I completely agree with every comment that is on this page. Back in Dec07, i put a stop payment on their checks that they take out of my account(which is the amount of %58.93). So I have been getting refunded until now. On 3-31-08, they came with another check, but they changed the check numbers to get around my stop payment! These guys are out to get their money ANY WAY THEY CAN!

I was the one who posted this complaint. Not only did I post here, but I also filed a complaint against Momentum Direct with the Better Business Bureau. That day I received an email confirming that my membership has been canceled. Then, that weekend I received priority mail, a check for the full amount that I was owed. My advice to anyone having trouble with this company is to file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC and you should get a positive result. Good luck!

I ordered a trial and was supposed to pay for shipping only. They took my bank account details. I sent the product back within the first week of receiving it.

A first unauthorized amount of $49.95 came off my bank account a week later. Then every single week an unauthorized amount of $58.93 has come off. That is a total of $210.86.

I have launched a complaint with the fraud branch of my bank and put a stop payment on those electronic checks.

I think it it outrageous. How does this sort of thing happen?
There should be a class action suit against this company!

The same thing happened to me.

File a complaint through the BBB (Better Business Bureau) with the State of Texas (where Momentum Direct is based). The BBB will contact Momentum and give them 25 days to resolve the problem before being officially investigated. Because Momentum OBVIOUSLY does not want to be under legal scrutiny- they'll mail your refund check immediately. I just received my FULL refund ($168) today. Thank GOD.

I also was taken by Momentum Direct with money coming out of my checking account since Oct. 2007 thru present Mar. 2008. I never received any merchandise until about 2 weeks ago and again 3-26-08. I sent back my 2 boxes 2DAY UPS so I have a tracking number and the person who signed for it. My merchandise came out of St. Louis, Mo. and that is where I sent it back too. The bank has credited me with the money taken out if Jan-Feb-Mar. of 2008. They sent me papers to fill out and send back to see if they can collect the other money. Call you bank (Fraud Division) and report it. They will close your account and you will need to open a new account in person at your bank. I even had the bank issue new debit cards too. When I ordered my new checks I had only my Initials put on instead of my full name. Hope that helps you. I guess we all can learn from this. Do not order anything especially if you don't know the company. There are a lot of companies that are ripping off people. It is a shame. There is a new add for pills I think and they are going under the name Momentum Worldwide. Watch out! As I think about it now, how safe do we know that these products are. We do not know. Even be careful of the infomercials on TV with any of your information you give them. Good Luck and keep the sight posted. Your bank cashed these electronic checks they are liable. You can get your money back from your own bank. They let the checks go thru after you already wrote bills on these check #'s. Contact your bank. they need to give you your money back

UGH! I just got off the phone for the THIRD time with this scamming company. I ordered the free trial, got charged shipping and THEN after cancelling because the product did not work, I get charged 58.93! I call to complain, they tell me that they had already shipped out the product so they could not refund me until I returned the product. I waited 10 days, bet you can't guess what happened?! SUPRISE SUPRISE I never recieved the product! Today they tell me I will be recieving a check in the mail for a full refund but it will be another 2 weeks! They can't explain why I never recieved the product or give me a tracking number for the supposedly sent out product. Well I just know I will be receiving a check soon from this company...oh yeah...I just woke up from my dream world! I will be calling my bank now and a lawyer too!

I don't know who is getting charges for this but I keep receiving someone elses product from these people and can't stop it. They have sent it 3 to 5 times and I am sure some one else has to be paying for it from what I have read.

I too ordered this product and paid for the shipping. I received the product weeks later, which I returned within the cancellation period but still had 3 payments taken out of my account totaling $160. Unfortunately I was on vacation when this happened and cancelled my account as soon as I saw what they had done.
When I called and threatened my lawyer on them I was told I would have my refund within 2 weeks. This was 3 weeks ago, now when I call it goes to a voicemail and then cuts you off ater 10 seconds.

I definitely think we should contact he BBB and anyone else we can to put this company out of business and somehow make them pay for their crimes.

I ordered this FREE SAMPLE, just pay shipping, w hat a scam. it took a month to get the sample and I called to cancel any furthur shipments, 2 weeks later they took 2 seperate payments out of my bank account. I called and they send they would send a refund check ASAP, well it has been a month, no check.I called and they said it would take 2 more weeks. I left a message for a manager to call me with a refund check number or I would call the police and report them..we will see what happens. I will NEVER order a sample like this again..

I totally agree, they charged our account the same, paid for shipping then was charged 49.95. before i could get my bank account changed, i was charged again another 49.95. luckily my back credit it all back except of one charge of 49.95. Well today in the mail, 3 months later guess what. I received my free 2 day trial. We i have already changed all my bank info so they are not getting any more money but i guess i will go ahead and try the free two day trial. Hope it doesn't kill me

I ordered a sample online from a website affiliated with Momentum Direct about 7 months ago, and just this past week I was sent 4 more samples! I did not place these orders and have since moved and changed my bank account, well I finally had to look up the company online to get their contact info, because none of it was on the invoice from the packages they shipped me.

I spoke to a man who told me that the order had a delay in processing, and I told him that I hadn't placed an order for these so there shouldn't have been an order to delay! I also had him cancel my account and remove all my information.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am going through the same thing right now with them. I called and cancelled and they told me I would recieve a refund in the form of a check. And It has been 3 weeks since and now I have a new charge and no refund! It threw my account neg. and charged me 37.50 for a paid check fee. They clame that they cant refund the money to my account but they dont have any problem taking it. And the worst part I NEVER aplied for anything with them! This CO. is a SCAM! And I am going to call the BBB on them.
