SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / I want my money!

I made my order back in December and have been trying to get a refund. I did receive the order and it actually arrived on time, but they sent me a completely wrong item. I contacted MissguidedUS customer service, they apologized and offered me a refund. I returned the wrong item and was hopping to get my money, but that never happened. I'm still trying. All I get is a run around from their reps and their stupid computer generated emails! All I want to know is when will I get a refund but since these clowns are ignoring me I cannot get any information. It's not my fault this happened! I'm very disappointed.
