123dj.com is headache don't order anything if you dont want to have nightmare. I order numark djio on 11/07-09 and they send maya 44 after 2 week. I sent maya 44 back on I call every week to get my money back is almost 2 months after and I still haven't got my money I call 10 times and they always say "don't worry we credit back to your card" and never happens. I don't know what to do next may by loose my money
I hope this help to you before order don't make the same mistake. Yes they charge on my credit car right away but never back

Be aware ...I bought some audio supplies for 427$ and after a week they call that the item that I need is not available and you should wait so I waited and then after 2weeks they said that still they need more time and some of the products they already shipped with out my authorization because I asked the manager to not send the products if any of item is not available I return the products and have not received my money yet the order was placed in 7/14/2009 and today is October the first so ...be quite careful when dealing with the company,

Beware of 123dj.com... I cancelled an order because the shipping to florence, s. C. Was $225 or more and I found an alternative option that was only $70 shipping from a location even further away. 3 days before it was shipped I called by phone. The person on the phone was rude and said if he couldn't stop the order thru the warehouse (Implying it was at another location) when it arrives just sign refussed and return it. I told him it was the shipping price I had a problem with and he said o. K. And repeated "sir, just refuse it". So I said, "what about the shipping charges? Then the idiot said,"you'll have to pay for that!"then I said,"well why don't you just stop the order?"... Let's shorten this by saying it was clear he was trained to force the shipping charge on me because later I contacted jay at the shipping company (A third party) and was told that was extremely high what I was being charged... Obviously they were making a profit from the shipping!... This made me upset. I had a sence the guy on the phone was intentionally going to make sure my order was not stopped in time... So then I followed up immediately by email and repeated for them to stop the order... Then I called 3 days later and neil (Said he was the manager) said it was shipped at 2pm and appologized and acknowledged it was their error and there was plenty of time and opportunity to stop the order. Neil said he wanted to find out who was working friday evening because the warehouse (That turned out to be downstairs), was never notified... The email was never read (So neil told me)... Let's shorten this again... Neil lead me on that he would talk to the owner about a goodwill gesture in the form of a store credit... Let's shorten this even more... Neil never even called me again and one guy even hung up on me when I called and said neil was working on a goodwill gesture for an error that occured... These people are shady in my dealings with them... And to top it all off a power conditioner that I got in the order worked for 30 minutes... No company is perfect but if they lie and conspire against their customers you need to beware!... I went on to spend several thousand dollars thru 2 other online companies and they could have made much more than they ripped me off for because if they would have been decent about it, I would have ordered differently around their shipping terms to make it work for me but the quick profit is obviously more important... I hope neil chokes on his shipping profit and shady tactics... And if he truely did speak to the owner and he was a party of the stall and b. S. They put me thru I hope it shows on there end of the year bottom line year after year... I'll spread the word in my area along with all my band members... If you feel the same... poor service
I placed and order on 123DJ.com on February 3, 2007. It is now February 14, 2007 and I have not recieved a shipping confirmation or anything. They took my money but won't return my emails! I have contacted them by phone and they just keep giving me the run around. They tell me that the order will be processed tomorrow and I will recieve a tracking number within 24 hours. It's been 4 days since then. Fortunately I live about 2 1-2 hours from Chicago so if I don't recieve my merchandise by the weekend I will be taking a trip down there to get the merchandise that I ordered and give Mr. Neil a piece of my mind. He will be compensating me for my time also.

Same as Rick I placed my order, after received a order confirmation and a order number I awaited shipping notice and nothing! so I emailed the email address which is on their web site and "nothing" I can't find out the status on my order. I am becomeing somewhat upset with them My order was placed on March 22/ 2010 and after seven working days I normally hear something on shipping. Is this site a rip-off site?

What a nightmare it was dealing with this company! Please do your research people, because this company is not worth the hassle! I placed an order for a whole new outfit of dj equipment. This included the speakers, speaker stands, speaker bags, 2 cd players, mixer, amp, wireless mic, cords, and coffin. You name it, I bought it. What a mistake! One of the cd players was doa and I had to send it to the manufacturer for repairs as soon as I got it. The headsets that were suppose to be free with the purchase of the cd players never came. The speaker bags didn't fit the speakers and had to be returned at my expense. The speakers never were in stock and they finally agreed to contact the manufacturer and have them sent to me from there. It was one problem after another and the customer service is the worst! Either they put you on hold and never pick up again or just feed you what you want to hear but never follow thru. I received numerous promises of how they were going to send me this or send me that and fix the problem, but nothing ever materialized. Emails never get answered. You think you're getting a good deal because of the prices and free shipping, but believe me when I say, go to another site because you won't be happy in the end!

The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn’t leave it blank. These people are scam artists. I purchased a package from them that included two speakers (one arrived broken), a turntable (very small and they made it seem bigger on the pic), speaker covers (that never came), two lights, and some cheap headphones. When notified about the damaged equipment, my small turntable return, and notify them I did not receive my speaker covers I was given the run around. It has been 3 weeks now. I have not gotten my covers, they have not exchanged the speaker, they have not given me any info on where to return the turntable, and I have been treated rudely, I have called SEVERAL TIMES, I filled out their bs return form but of course no one has responded and it’s been a week. They hardly answer their phones during advertised operational hours, and I’ve even been hung up on! At this point I’m going to have to get a lawyer just to get my items. This is ridiculous, I wouldn’t suggest my worst enemy patronize this place!
This was almost a month ago...
Fast forward to today. After about a month, I received my return sticker for my damaged speaker so I took it to fedex to ship it and to return the turntable. They called me to ask what did I want to do with the turntable after I explained I wanted to return it several times. He offered me store credit instead, smh. Ok. Surprisingly my replacement speaker shipped out almost immediately. I received the speaker a few days later and my husband plugs the speaker up and it’s shorting out every time you play music on it. I have once again filled out the return form (over 3 weeks ago), no contact has been made. They never pick up their phones, they never return calls. The staff is disrespectful and nonchalant about their online customers and their money. I am currently waiting for a return phone call even though I’m sure not going to get one or my speaker. OAN I still haven’t received my speaker bags the were on “back order”. I wish I would have seen this website prior to purchasing, I would have avoided this place like the plague.
I am so disappointed that I didn't see these reviews before ordering a Pioneer S9 Dj mixer from 123Dj.com. The order was placed December 8 with the promise that the mixer was in stock and would ship the next day at the latest. I placed the order with Neil and asked directly if the mixer would be brand new and sealed and he said yes. The reason I asked i because i noticed that on their site they were selling used/resealed mixers and I absolutely did not want a used or returned mixer. Long story short. They never sent a shipping confirmation. I called the next couple days and on 10th they provided a tracking number. It showed that a label had been created on the 9th but the mixer hadn't shipped. The mixer shipped the 14th and I received it the 19th of December. Not what we agreed on, but I figured, hey at least its here. Until I opened the box. It was double boxed and the inner mixer box showed signs of distress. It had clearly had a shipping label on it previously that had been torn off taking some of the pioneer label with it. And the box had been opened and re taped shut. Poorly... To say the least I was very dissapointed. I paid for a New mixer. I waited an extra week for a New mixer. And in the end they send me a returned used mixer.
I took pictures and sent them to 123DJ using the email function on their website with a request to return the mixer and they didn't respond. I Sent the same directly to Neil at their direct email address info@123dj.com and still no response. I've attached pictures of the package I received. Does this package look new to anybody? I will be sending a certified letter tomorrow and doing a chargeback if necessary. This is so disappointing. I could have gone to Guitar center and had a brand new mixer in my hands for $40 more. Hardly worth the discount!
What ever you do! Don't get lured in by their promises that the items are in stock and the free shipping! You will more than pay for it with the trouble this company will cause. They are not honest and will not ship you what they sell you. And when you contact them to correct something they've done wrong, they will waste your time.

I ordered some speakers from this company to no avail. Called to get an order status and was on hold for an hour. Called back again to be put on hold for another 30 minutes. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in all my life. All 48 years of it. Those of you who need tech support...forget it. They will not help you. Try another online store with better service...Peace & Blessings!
please don't buy from 123 DJ they lied to me and sold me a resealed speaker.
I placed my order over the phone and the sales guy said it would be a brand new speaker.
When I finally received my speaker after almost 25 days later the speaker looked to be used and had couple of dents and scratches. I called them about 10 different times and keeped on getting the runaround. They may have a cheaper price on some items but it's not worth the time and the headache.

Placed an order in May 29th for my daughters 1st BDay June 22nd. Products showed up at the end of July. No communication I had to keep calling them to find out the status. Mid July I cancelled my order and they said that they cancelled it. The order showed up at the end of July. Numerous phone calls. Neil is a layer. Sent products back and still have not received a refund. Its now October 17th. Don't learn this lesson the hard way. Just stay away from 123DJ. WTF. How many complaints does it take to put this ### out of business. He now has my money and his product back. What a ###.
Headache is a understatement with company . Try getting JBL PRX635 value pack speakers from them. received one pair of speakers in Dec. 19 one is damaged . Received the second pair Jan.5 2012 preface shape.I do believe the first set has been used I'm still waiting for the speaker covers and probably will never see them. This whole order was in early Nov. 2011. After several calls to a so called manger named Elliot I just gave up. ill take my lost and run. I wish I had caught this complaint sight earlier .

I am going through a nightmare with 123dj right now. I wish that I had seen these comments before ordering. I of course, now know who NEIL is and have yet to receiva a refund for items that were not in stock and canceled by me. It has been one promise after another an this is the worse customer response that I have ever experienced. After 45 days of promises every other day, I finally just contacted visa and filed a transaction dispute to get my money back. But this means that they had to cancel my card and reissue a new one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, OR YOU WILL BE SORRY X 50. I HAVE MADE 6 SUBSEQUENT PURCHASES FROM ZZOUNDS, RECEIVED SHIPMENT NEXT DAY OR SECOND DAY AND HAVE TOTALLY BEEN BLOWN AWAY WITH THEIR SERVICE (ZZOUNDS IS THE ONE YOU WANT). THEIR PRICES ARE NOT QUITE AS LOW AS 123DJ, BUT TRUST ME, SPEND A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS AND BE HAPPY AND HEADACHE FREE!
I definitely agree that 123dj.com is a ripped off online store I have very bad bad experience to the recently, to begin with I order a case from this guy voice name ELY, I was being told that the case is in stock and ready to ship, wow amazing store they have everything in stock so I paid it thru paypal which i know is one of the safest way .(GOOD THING FOR ME ) then after A week this Ely guy called me and telling me that now the case is in back order, wow! this ain't not good they lie to there customer! I said it fine it s happen all the the and being told buy this guy ELY that he's gonna issue me a refund and its been almost 3 weeks I never received my refund ...HEYYY whats going on this guys don't know how to do business especially customer service and believe it I' wll not, ever, ever, ever recommend to shop in this website 123dj.com
