This company is CHEAP, in every sense of the word so you get what you pay for in the customer service area. They don't package your orders properly, they put all your items (ie, tops, caps, sprayers) in one plastic bag for you figure out. Im not sure who people spoke with they called but there customer service SUCKS, PAULINE JORDAN IS HORRIBLE. I only continue to order from them because there prices are cheap, i will spend the extra money to do business elsewhere. Twice i received the incorrect order, PAULINE JORDAN, didn't even have the decency to call me back to resolve my issue, she just sent my order out. If she would have called me back, there could have been a resolution that would have been much better than this. I will contact every entity in the Kentucky area to file a complaint against them.

    The first order we did not ship the wrong bottles. The second order we shipped the wrong bottles but we did send the correct bottles and then after that you were refunded for the entire order. I know what your name is but I am not the kind of person that slanders peoples name over something such as this. I know you are still ordering from us under another persons name and I think you should be ashamed after the comments you have posted about us for the whole world to read. The only reason you were not called back is because of your actions & attitude who wants to be treated in such a manner?

I alwasy thought people from kentucky were so nice and kind, wrong!!! you are the rudest person I have met in 62 yrs on this earth and I am a very successful business woman, you even treated my pastor's wife who is the nicest person I have met in 62 yrs like dog crap! so go away or take drugs!!! you need someting I assure you! I wish you would close down! heck I may just start a company and compete against you I would treat my customers wiht dignity and respect! too many of the same reviews and you are the main component!!

    The people at midwest bottles do not care about your problems. they don't call you back when they say they will. I had to spend an additional $400 to buy retail bottles from a beauty supply store locally to keep my business from going under. all they could say was sorry. the word sorry does not keep my electricity on, get my rent paid or put food in my children's mouth. I have already lost $1800 in sales because the person packing my order was too incompetent to take one pumpspray cap and screw it on one goddamn bottle before shipping the order. I throughly enjoyed calling 12 times last friday only to have someone pickup the phone and not say anything.

    Most companies send the parts separate for sanitary reasons. If you can't figure out why, then don't order bottles. It's your job to sanitize and assemble your bottles. Honestly, if the bottles were assembled as you wanted them to be, you'd have to take them apart anyway in order to fill them...unless you just like decorating your home with empty bottles.

    Seriously, the complaints I've read on every company I order from are always so picky or from lazy people. No one should expect the world to magically create your finished product without you doing the work.

    This company has served me well and my customers love the quality of the bottles, jars, etc...

    Very impersonal and they show no concern for the customer when a problem arises. Their response above should be all one needs to see that they lack professionalism. I won't give them my business and would warn others to stay away.

    WARNING. Do not deal with this company. Rude, unprofessional and provide no customer service when a problem arises. Will not reply to emails and use caller ID to hide behind my phone calls. I will NEVER spend another hard earned penny with this company. They are a disgrace to businesses in the USA! I usually don't take time to post about companies that I have a problem with, but this experience was so bad I felt the need to warn others. I can only hope you are reading this before you make a purchase. Don't get involved with such an awful company.

    So completely rude and awful to speak with on the phone. It felt like I was talking to someone who had never had contact with another human being before. Completely baffled and will never do business with them again. Ever.

    They are very unprofessional. My order has been sent incorrectly. When I contacted Pauline, she told me that I couldn't replace the order because it was final. I didn't have a problem sending the incorrect bottles back to them only to receive the correct size. There has been orders where I don't get the correct amount that I order. Her customer service is horrible. The items are cheap which had me continuing to order with them but I can't continue because it has stalled my orders with my customers. Luckily my customers haven't complained. You would think that customer service would be great towards a person that has ordered from them since 2011. 5 years later and the customer service still SUCKS!
