I never expected that so respectable company could treat their customers that way.
The items are so expensive and you expect them to be perfectly made. That's what we pay for.
Unfortunately, my bad was torn after two weeks of wearing. You could have blamed it on me, but knowing how much it cost I wear it very carefully. It has a hole inside, and I never put anything that can damage it. Because the bag is not that big, it's almost like a purse.
I called their customer care to figure out what to do and why the quality is so poor. But they didn't want to listen and hung up on me.
Well, I am disappointed. You lost one customer.
