Mickey was asked by me no less than 6 times to email me a paid shipping label from DHL as I was not about to pick up the expense of returning this bad product. He just refused and therefore I had to have the credit card company reverse the charges. I have since returned the item to US customs in his name. Look at these complaints to him from other honest people.
PURETIMEWATCHES pure time watches scam dishonest. I ordered 3 items, two watch and a strap ( i should not have purchased items at once). Anyway, only the two watches arrived and the strap never arrived. When asked what happened they said they sent it only to tell me they will send me a replacement but recommended that I buy another watch to save cost. Nikki seems like a nice person and I did receive 2 nice watches so I went ahead and bought another watch. Then the watch came but the strap once again did not. In the ensuing 4 months it went from back order, then was advised to pick another strap as the original order was going to take really long time to ship. So, I picked an alternative strap. Then... nothing. Now, he does not answer my email, although when he did, he sounds very professional and honest. It's been four months and the bottom line is I paid my money and did not receive my goods. Writing this comments makes me a bit frustrated although the money is not the point. Buyers be aware.

FRAUD! I ordered two watches from PURETIMEWATCHES an did not arrived, a mailed Nikki but every times another excuse why the watches did not arrive its has been now 5 weeks and stil NO WATCHES it is a FRAUD DO NOT BUY AT WWW.PURETIMESWATCH.COM.
On a number of forumes PURETIMEWATCHES is seen as trusted BUT that is not the case ! so people watch out.

http://www.puretime-asia.com is the same as http://www.puretimewatch.com is a FRAUD ! do not buy there people watch out !

This company is a scam. Got a defect watch, sended it back and they claim that they did not get it since their operation is illegal and that I should not have put the correct information re. what I paid for it which means I couldn´t have insured the package.
A real scam - be aware! Strange that a company are asking clients to lie. But the answer I got was that they have 1000 of clients all over the world so I am not so important.

Still have not received my watch. Don´t buy from this scam company. They ask you to lie to customs and refuse to take back returns, stuck in the customs filter. I lost 758.00.
