I am looking for other people that have been ripped off my Mediak and charles sublett to join me in a class actions suit against this company. If more of us join together it is easier and faster to get our money back. I was charged 5000.00 for a mediak system and promised I could make thousands of dollars a day. Needless to say like everyone else I have spoken to this product does not sell any where near those type of numbers. When I asked for my money back they told me no. I told them that I bought the system based upon their promises of how much money everyone was making. Well it was all lies!
They told me I needed to work harder and go to more shows. I have attended show after show with the same results. they told me other people are making lots of money and it must be me. I call ALL of the other people and their results are the same
I have since contacted people that I have found on the internet and have not been able to find a single person anywhere in my nation wide search that is making money with this product. This comany gives false promises to everyone and then when a customer asks for their money back they will not return calls.
Please lets join together and make sure this company does not rip anyone off again

I've met Junnie Sublett in Malaysia and I can attest that she is a habitual liar.

I've created this website to warn others about Junnie Sublett a.k.a Gladis Helena Graham:

Feel free to send in your complains in the comments section.

They are a scam! I am now going to spend all of the time I was going to spend on an event to ruin their reputation. Charles & Junie both are liars. Michael is just a little puppet for them so his word means nothing either. They use him to go to shows and tell people how much he is making. Haha if that's the case he is the only one making money. I am going to contact the Junior League board now as well as ASD to make sure they know the person they are allowing to be part of their shows is a scam. I purchase my system one year ago and it's still not working. I have called and emailed Charles and get no response. At this point I just wanted to do this one event to get my money back and then throw this system in the trash. At this point I think I should ask someone to pass out flyer's at their show in Vegas warning of the scammers that they are.

All of these comments about Mediak and Charles Sublett and Junnie Sublett really confused me a well. I took the time and I called 10 Mediak dealer that I found on the internet. Out of the ten only one claimed to be making money and the other nine all say they lost thier shirts. 4 of the nine actually said they thought Mediak has mislead them and lied to them about the potential of the business, 3 of the 10 actually talked about Junnie sublett and her high pressure sales tactics.
Needless to say I am happy, I called, happy I checked and NO i will never buy Mediak. I was even told how they charge for every little extra thing and are impossible to get on the phone once they have your money.Do yourself a favor and call around yourself, speak to at least ten of their dealers and you will be glad you di

I am a Mediak dealer in Cleveland, OH and I only have the highest praise for this company. I started my Mediak business 3 years ago after seeing it at the Chicago Gift Show, and I have only been successful since. Of course, some shows are bad, but the majority of my shows bring in lots of money. The Mediak System has more than paid for my expensive college education. The company itself is fantastic. The owners are people of integrity, and honesty. They always look out to assist their dealers. The office staff is equally friendly, and helpful..

Visit www.mediak.com to see why they are great!

I recommend Mediak to anyone looking at this as a business opportunity.

I don't mean to seem harsh right off the bat, but I'm just curious, if not "a single person anywhere in my nation wide search" is making money, then how does Mediak continue to stay in business?

My answer and belief is that they only stay in business if there are sales being made by their dealers, and since they are still in business, that leads me to believe sales are being made. (And we're really coming into the busy time for Mediak business right now with the Christmas holiday approaching.)

In fact, if Mediak wasn't doing well, they wouldn't have the money to invest in creating their new DVD product that was announced on Oct. 1, 2008.

(And, no, Mediak wouldn't be able to stay in business just by selling new systems to new dealers.)

It also seems to me that if there weren't any dealers making money on the internet, those dealers wouldn't pay to continue to keep their websites up, yet numerous people can be found on the net.

As far as personal selling, it's true that one person could have a booth at a show and sell very little and another person could run that same booth and sell much more. It all depends on how you get the customers' attention, how you engage them, and how you make the sale easy for them, and if you're not confusing them with too many options.

Have you been in sales before, or is this your first time to give a crack at it?

If it's your first time I'd suggest you read about selling, and talk to other vendors at shows in your area--no matter what they are selling--and ask their advice about how to sell more effectively.

I wish I could see how your booth is set up, or what you do at your booth while you're selling.

The key is to engage the customer enough to come over to the booth and have them HEAR A SAMPLE OF THE MUSIC. If you're not doing that, I can see why you wouldn't be selling any.

I wish you the best of luck and encourage you to keep learning, and when you find something that works, build on that.

As a trumpet player and musician for 30 years, I believe that Mediak has an excellent, quality product.

I like it so much and think it is such a cool gift idea that I'm actually strongly considering becoming a dealer myself.

For those who haven't heard Mediak's music CDs yet, go to their website, mediak.com, and give a listen!
