Massimo Duttionline purchase

I bought an item in Massimo Dutti through the Online web page (In Germany). The delivery company lost the package, they asked me to contact the Massimo Dutti's Customer Service to start the claim process. The Customer Service phone line is not working and I have not received any response to the many emails I have sent to them. Its really frustrating !!
