Unfair Return Policy: Mason Easy Pay Charged Me Extra $15.00
I bought some shoes from Mason Easy Pay and they looked really nice. Unfortunately, they didn't fit me right, so I had to send them back. I was okay with paying for the postage to return them, but I was really upset when I found out they were going to charge me an extra $15.00 on top of that! That's just not fair. My total bill ended up being $25.16, which is way too much for a pair of shoes that I didn't even get to wear. I don't think I'll be shopping with Mason Easy Pay again, and I definitely won't be telling my friends to shop there either. It's just not worth the risk. If you're thinking about buying something from them, be careful and make sure you know all the charges upfront.

Yo, so I gotta say, this Mason Easy Pay website ain't all it's cracked up to be. I ordered some sandals back in July and they were straight up not made for human feet. Like, I don't know who they were made for, but it wasn't me. So I tried to return them, but dang, it's been a whole ordeal.
First of all, the customer service department is straight up MIA. I've been trying to call them for weeks and they never pick up. And when they do, I'm on hold for like, hours. Ain't nobody got time for that. And even when I do get through, they don't seem to know what's going on. Like, they can't even get a message to the billing department. What kind of operation is this?
And to top it all off, they want me to pay for something I'm returning. Like, what? That's not how it works. I'm so over this whole thing. I wouldn't recommend Mason Easy Pay to my worst enemy.

I'm really disappointed with Mason Easy Pay. I ordered a pair of shoes for $172 and I still haven't received them. Every time I try to talk to someone in customer service, they tell me it's FedEx's fault. It's frustrating because my shoes have been all over the place. They even went to Stockton, where I live, and then got shipped to Sacramento and then back to Tracy, California. Now they're nine days late and I paid $25 for shipping. The shoes were already expensive at $135, and now they're late too. I don't think I'll ever buy anything from Mason Easy Pay again. Their customer service just keeps giving me excuses and I feel like I'm going in circles.
Unauthorized credit card charges
Hi there on my account they won’t let me order when the balance is 0.00 out there now I don’t have any balance on it and also they have a credit card on there that’s not mine and also they say I owe money which I did not even order because how can I order when that use is not my cc there for the amounts they said I do owe there not going to get ther funds at all. It is taking forever for my easy pay to go through. What is going on? I submitted all of my information and it has been pending for a long time. What is the point? I would rather spend my money else where than to hold on waiting. Just not to get an approval or answer at all. This company really needs to improve its customer service. Immediately! I had placed an order and the address was fine then when I went to check it, it had my old address on it and when I placed my order it showed my NEW address to so I had called spoke to a woman and she told me I would have to speak to a manager about the issue with the address so she said she'd transfer my call so when she did and I got hung up, so I called back again I heard someone and I said hello the call got hung up again, so I called back again this other woman answers the call explained it all to her so she said the same thing so the manager got on the phone and she tried telling me I never changed my address and I said no ma'am I changed my address and my address was changed way before I ever made an order, so she tried saying I was being rude and I said you think that is being rude and you want to know what rude is this is rude when a costumer calls and gets hung up not once but 2x thats whats rude but to inform you all you can change the address when there is NO shipping or tracking info, so that manager was rude, I know better than that I know the things you can and can't do, and how it 's being shipped, I've already got an email and went to check and it does not show any tracking info in the email I got, so now whos lying and telling the truth, well lying and being rude to a customer is wrong, so now that I know that it is going through the usps you people can change it I already know this cause I've been told you can change it or it can be undeliverable because my account has the correct address I didn't mess it up, feel free to call
unauthorized opening of an account
On or about January of this year I received an invoice from Mason Easy Pay for items I did not purchase. I never opened an account with this company. After receiving an invoice, I immediately contacted their credit dept. and informed them that the account was fraudrant. I wrote them and faxed to them an official notice stating that I did not or authorize anyone to open an account. This was done after speaking to the credit manager and she gave me the fax number and told me to do this. I keep getting monthly statements and they have not closed the account. They are unresponsive to my pleas to clear this up. They just don't care. They need to be shut down.

Never have I dealt with such an inept customer service department.
I ordered shoes from them 3 weeks ago. I didn't receive any information at all. No confirmation, no tracking number.
I contacted customer service and found out that they hadn't even shipped the package yet. It was an inner mistake they weren't aware of. But now they knew about it and could fix this problem. However, one week later I called them again to find out whether things had changed and heard nothing positive regarding it. Moreover, no one did anything, my order was still in the warehouse. Today is December 14th, the situation is still the same.

We just called in to order Sketchers, a women's shirt, and Capri Ankle pants in denim. Besides that the sketchers were on b/o until July 17 didn't bother me. My husband Mike McGuinness of 78 Rumson Court, Smyrna, GA 30080 was ordering.
The customer service woman was not just nasty and acted like her crap didn't stink, but she also didn't want to help him with looking up a sneaker. She said & i quote, "Its not my job too help you look up something!" My husband said, "but i don't have a catalog!" She said, "Well if you don't like it you'll blame me!" See that doesn't make sense considering we were ordring from the catalog online! So all she had to do was give us a key #
I used to work as a customer service rep and if i EVER told a client, "Its not my job!" I would have been fired that minute or put on probation!
Needless to say we asked for her to send a catalog and you know what she said? "You haven't ordered in a while we will probably have to do a credit check!" THAT IS NOT her job to tell us our credit may be bad! I'm furious because Mason cust service has NEVER treated us like we're doing her a favor by not asking for a FAVOR.
Bad and very disrespecful! I dont know about your company but we were listened to for quality and assurance, she in my eyes failed this call! Plus she never gave us her name!

they didn't cancel my order
I made my order and after that I decided to read some reviews. I didn't like what I read and I decided that it was better to cancel my order and buy elsewhere. I contacted MasonEasyPay and asked them to cancel my order and they assured me they will. The next day I contacted them again to make sure they really cancelled my order as I asked them and their rep said that everything was fine and promised that I'll get my money back any time soon. For over two weeks they did not reply and later my order arrived. As people on the comments said - quality was way off. They didn't cancel my order even though I asked them to do that! Please stay away!

Probably the worst company I have ever used. I have purchased two pairs of shoes from them and when I received them they looked nothing like pictures and quality was a total garbage so I sent them back. Later (about a week or two) I received a message from Mason Easy Pay stating that I need to pay a cancellation fee, a return shipping fee and something else. Message was sent to me via mail (not email)! Can you even imagine that?
I contacted their support and demanded some explanation because I did not want to pay anything. Their rep said that I will not get a refund until I pay all those fees! I refused.
This company is a true scam and all they need is money! Beware buyer!
