Guys please DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT by from this scamming company. I ordered hair from them only to get total rubbish.
I ordered a customised 12 inch wig from them and it costs me 176 dollars. The hair came after 14 days. When the hair arrived the box was totally damaged, the front lace was cut and also the hair pins were removed from the wig. The wig itself was big for my head and not according to my head measurements. To make matters worse, the hair was sown in with a machine and not hand tied like how the other companies do.
I immediately made contact with the lady who I was in contact with when I ordered the hair and she goes by the the name Sarah. She acted all surprised and saying that they don't send bad hair and bla bla ba.
I sent her the pictures and told her I want a refund for my money. I went a head and made a dispute with Paypal. After I made the dispute she came to me with a proposal.She said that I should send the wig and close the paypal dispute and they will either refund my full money or make me a new wig. As stupid and kind as I was, I closed the dispute, sent the wig back with a tracking number which cost me over 30 dollars.
( DO NOT CLOSE ANY DISPUTES WITH PAYPAL UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFUND)
As we were waiting for the wig to get to China, I asked her if they have started to make the new wig and she said we have to wait for the wig to get to China. I am a very patient woman so I continued to wait.
After they received it, she made arrangements for making a new wig for me only to come back a few days later saying they are not going to make the wig and neither are they going to refund my money in full. They are not a good company. They are BIG liars, please refrain.
She has now gone mute now waiting to hear from them. I still want to get my full refund.
Please refrain from them if you can and save your hard earned money

I have no idea what has happened to that company, but i was warned by BHM member JerseyLuv. I let her know i would say something the moment i had a bad product. The first and second orders were great. Simple enough. Afro Kinky straight. They usually showed up within the week.
Well this time i decided to stretch my borders and order a body wave "for Black women" wig from Luffy. I tried looking up reviews on their website, and of course, there were none. They usually send a pic of the wigs before shipping.
This time, i heard nothing from them for 3 weeks. I sent an email, and suddenly, i was told they would ship it
immediately. Which they did. When it arrived, i wasn't sure what to think.
It was extremely shiny, and definitely not "textured". Some of the hair was hanging off the wefts. And it looked more like hair that was picked up off the floor. Some areas of it were straight, and several sections were not even permed at all. It was extremely thin, and you could see the wefts. It also shed like constantly. I could be wearing it for a few minutes, and have wig strands all over my clothes. Combing it out, would leave the sink full of hair.
I doctored it up, and wore it. And was actually laughed out of a Costco in Arizona by a bunch of white supremacists. It was a bad look, horrible fit, and cheap looking. I also received more looks of "pity" from people passing by. I guess they didn't realized i paid over $200.00 for that wig. They must have thought i yanked this thing off the clearance rack at the local Beauty Supply Store.
Just as others have done, i emailed Luffy about the wig, and nothing. I knew i couldn't send it back because i had waited too long (about a month) to wear it, thinking it would have been a great product like my other two prior orders, plus the lace was cut and i had washed/conditioned it.
I attempted to post my review on their website about the wig and the service. Guess what? They would not post it. That's when i realized, they cherry pick all of their reviews.
I just took my "L" walked away from Luffy. Do they care? Absolutely not.
Buyer beware. The first wig that I ordered from Luffywig was great. The second wig I ordered wasn't the one that they sent me. They charged more to customize it and used the wrong hair. I wanted afro kinky and they sent a wavy texture. If you notice when you order from Luffywig, there is no email trail. The email disappears and so does the ordering information. The total that I spent was $93.75 in two separate transactions. They offered me a $5.00 credit. They are out of their freakin minds. Their website is a mess and only works to get your order. You can't track your order or review your purchase. When you click on return policy it takes you to another location. This company is a scam. Stay clear of this company

I've ordered three wigs through Luffy wigs and all of them have been wonderful. The hair texture is soft and smooth and the one I currently have I've been wearing for 7 months. The person who has helped me with all three of my purchases her name is Lucy. she's very nice ...she's called me and asked me the specifics on what I want on my wig such as the color of the lace, confirming the lengrh and making sure that I have the right hair color and how soon do I want to delivered. The wig is constructed very nicely. Maybe this Sarah person is no longer with the company but Lucy is great and the product I also feel is great. I just don't put anything on my head it must look natural and I've been using lace wigs for over 10 years due to after getting chemotherapy my hair never grew back so I'm not using it as a tool just to look good it's a necessity for me.
Hi they have scammed me as well they sent me the wrong color wig as well as lace color told me I could return it but only use USPS not any of the other companies. They also told me but they already refunded my money to PayPal when they had I went ahead and filed a dispute with PayPal so in the emails sent back for along with a fake email they sent pretending to be PayPal regarding the case which PayPal found to be fake. PayPal has now told me that they can only refund my money if proof that they had received the return apparently USPS cannot be tracked in China this is why the seller told me to send it that way. Now I'm having to go through my bank to file a dispute I'm so angry I spent $355 they have their product back and my money. I'm super angry right now please don't order from this company. I'm going to make a YouTube video to one people because the good reviews about this company on YouTube are fake
I ham going through a similar situation right now with a company called wigsis. They also told me to only return through usps and i got a tracking number and gave it to paypal. i have received updates and paid $15 for this tracking.
Paypal should not be facilitating this fraud and scam where it is known by paypal that tracking is not available via USPS and paypal are fully aware of the tactics being used by this company to avoid paying a refund.
Do Not Purchase from Luffy Wig! SCAM! I purchased this straight from the luffywig website. While the shipping was fast, the product is crap! And they say it's supposed to be best quality. According to them..."The wig is 10A best quality hair". My order was 10A Grade Virgin Human Hair 150% Density Bob Wigs Unprocessed Brazilian Virgin Hair Wigs 13" x 6" Glueless Lace Front Wig With Baby Hair - Hair Density: 150%. The density was more like 120%, but hey, I could deal with that. However, I have had the wig for 1 1/2 months and it has shed so much that it's bald in the back. This is also not virgin hair! I take exceptionally good care of my wigs, as I have to wear them for medical reasons, but I don't sleep in them. This was a COMPLETE waste of my money!
The same thing happened to me. It has been over 2 months and still waiting for my money back. She told.me not to put in a dispute because she would lose her job I trusted her.
